I used the icon that looks like the 35mm film, next to the quote icon. Then enter the link, and OK.
Not sure why the manual tags didn't work for you. (Edit: Perhaps its the short-link version that works?)

Right around 1:05 he hears that police siren. The look on his face is classic. I think it was the Fight or Flight response going through his head.
