It's been almost two months or so since I made a real effort.
I did break down a week or so ago when I was putting an offer down on a house, combined with a family health thing on the same day and ended up smoking about 8 in a 3 hour long period.
But next morning went right back to zero and restarted the clock.
Not a big deal if you got back on track. Keep fighting the good fight, it’s worth it.It's been almost two months or so since I made a real effort.
