Your in for a lot of shit talking. Season 2 had some amazing moments but couldn't stick the landing

Colin couldn't save that season and he was awesome. The scene with the surgeon ****

Not trying to suck his dick but Farrell can make actors look like trash

This is the biggest problem with this series in general. Its the main problem with every season, including Season 1. The endings never live up to the buildup.

Season 1 was amazing no doubt but I don't know what show has stuck the landing

Ive heard Six feet under is amazing but I'm agnostic and I'm not into butt sex. My grandma and mom would tell me I'm going to he if they saw this forum

I didnt expect them to "stick the landing" in some 10/10 perfection but I expected more than 2/10 which is how every finale of TD ended.

Lol... I see I stirred up the hornet's nest here. Well, I'll see how season 3 goes any way.
It's well established that the TV/movie board is just for haters. Coming here to talk about a show you like is always a mistake.

Six feet under had its ups and downs but it did end very nicely. It got pretty bad before they decided to end it though. The show starts with the death of the patriarch of the family in a small mortuary business and I watched it shortly after my Dad died so there was a lot I could relate to, especially in the beginning. You have to be the type that can watch a character-driven show though. There are no gunfights or car chases that I can recall.

S2 was ruined by the girl boss cop they wrote as a man.

S3 was terrible from the jump.

S4 I didn't even waste my time with.

I mean, this place used to be the opposite. Like the Lost theory crafting was great. Or weekly posts about Breaking Bad. The problem is TV mostly turned to shit since those days. I'd say the last show that had decent discussion was Game of Thrones and that's probably about when every thread devolved into calling out how shit writing was getting, and that show was the frontrunner.

We had a poster at some point that would absolutely nail some of the shows and how they were going to go. I can't remember his name.

S1 of this show had the same theory crafting going on too. II remember all the BS and screenshots of all the scenes and what they placed in the scenes and the meaning behind them, all the hoodo shit and all that. And I think people were just let down because it was only just a murder mystery in the end, nothing more. But the hype and buildup people had in their heads about what was going on in this show and the eerie atmosphere of the location, who could blame them. I know I was sold on that shit too.

Was it the TV? Or just a bunch of man-children unable to use their words and discuss anything with any level of rationality ever since their political candidate lost?

Haha, the microscope that people had on this show is pretty hilarious. McConaughey could have his hair different and it would be subliminal

I watched the entire S4 on a plane to Italy and it was totally worth it. If not for that show, then I would have potentially watched something even dumber.

I might be more open to this theory if the rest of the board had not also turned into a shitty echo chamber over the same period of time.

Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I'm glad S1 wasn't some mystical supernatural other world BS. The banality of evil was enough and fitting for the story and characters.

In that same respect, probably explains why I wasn't turned off by the end of season three.

I agree entirely but Errol Childress kinda came out of left field. I wish there was more exposition on Tuttles, Yellow King, etc.

I'm not following. S3 ending showed a fucking frozen ice dragon but then 30 seconds later forgot it existed and went back to boring "lol it was the indian chicks"

Whether you prefer supernatural elements or real world stuff, you've gotta hate S3

(Or was it S4? Anyway the Jodie Foster one. Maybe I forgot one)

Three was the retarded black guy named after Muhammad Ali who looks like Louis Gosset Jrz love child and the even more retarded Stephen Dorff who usually only gets roles in the worst bottom of the barrel cheesy sci-fy channel garbage.

Literally unwatchable.
