I've been familiar with Jelly for about 9 years and he does have some legitimately good songs, but the whole scene in Tulsa King is beyond cringe. Even the folks that can usually act seem like they're just phoning it in.

The crowd reactions were eyeroll bad.

Most of the Jelly's songs that I like are his collabs with Struggle Jennings, Yelawolf, Adam Calhoun, and a few other underground artists.

I don't know what makes people call him a country singer other than the trailer park vibe but he does have a good voice and his lyrics are not deep, but they seem authentic at least. My girlfriend's 8 year old daughter loves him which is sort of problematic due to his liberal use of the f-word as well as most of his songs being about drugs.

Told my wife if Sunday's episode didn't go anywhere I was out, when the bartender started singing I was like 'oh crap here we go'. Then it got WAY back on track.

They tied everything up in a little bow very quickly. Trial drama and verdict, check, Mob hit on Dwight resolution, check. New home for daughter, check, HOA guy problem, check. Pretty cool and now we can have important car dealership and wind farm scenes.

I did think the HOA dweeb had a nice electric cart though.

Completely off topic: I told my wife that every house I owned (I had 3 before we were married) I knew 100% the rules of the HOA. I read them word for word and got clarifications in writing to anything that I didn't like. I read construction contracts for a living that were usually 2-300 pages long, HOA crap was easy.

1st house said no work trucks, well I did not own a personal vehicle and didn't need to because I had a work truck but it had the company name on the side, needed a clarification. MY realtor , who learned really fucking quick not to try to work me, said 'it will be fine, you have a garage'. I said 'what if I want to build a race car in my garage, or build a meth lab'. She said you aren't going to build a meth lab are you? I said NO and I'm not going to build a race car either , but what if I WANT TO.

I watch it, but there's not much to talk about.

Stallone is a pretty terrible actor when he's trying to act "high" on lollipops.

I honestly thought sly had a dementia episode when he told that story and they played it off like he was high. This show is pretty bland this season. Seems like everyone but Frank Grillo is phoning it in.

Neal McDonough is a good actor and I like him in stuff, but he's just too much of a nice guy to be believable as a tough villain. And because of that it made this season super boring. you can see Thresher is going to have a redemption arch and him and Dwight are gonna team up to fight the Triads at some point. The old people relationship between Dwight and the stable owner is also super boring. You know Sly isn't fucking old broads. He doesn't work out all day to settle for some old lady. he's fucking 20 or 30 year olds and puts Leo to shame.

Started watching this last week. I think I made it 4 episodes in or something. Made it to the episode where Stallone gets a crew together to go kick the Macadams ass for stealing their nitrous tanks. So fucking retarded. Dude with a family goes a long. Black drivers dad. Dispensary nerd. Etc. fucking nothing makes sense in this show. I'm out

Neal McDonough has played so many villains in his career. He's hardly a nice guy character actor. You're retarded.

You said he was a good actor. If you can't find him believable in the role of a villain, despite playing many villains, then he can't be a good actor. You don't think before you post, as usual.

You probably only know him from Band of Brothers anyway.
