Yeah I'm not really paying attention to this specifically just in general just saying the word is generally enough to potentially make you branded as a racist. In this case I'm sure people are weighting her disability over it and aren't sure if it's worth pouncing or not, but I assume if it starts it'll get pretty snowbally and she'll most likely have to close her twitch account and find another job.

Surprised it doesn't happen more often. How "hard" is it to make sure you're in the right IM window when making fun of one of your co-workers, or that you didn't "reply-all" when asking your boss why your co-workers most recent email makes them sound like they just graduated kindergarten?
Shit like that is stuff I bet every one reading this thread has accidentally done in their life and the only way to "easily" avoid it, is to never be totally truthful or speak ill of anyone or anything ever.
Essentially the only way to really, totally prevent it is to never interact with anyone ever, which is kind of hard if your job is to interact with people via the internet.
I worked for a huge call center company with thousands of employees across the world when someone cc'd some sort of master distribution list to everyone, even the clients. At least 200 of them replied to all within the first hour asking for the emails to stop. The servers were overloaded to the point that it would take 45 minutes for an email to go through, resulting in some of them replying repeatedly. It was such a clusterfuck
