Depends on the state. In California, if a private person is recorded/broadcast without their consent, they can sue for infringement of their right of publicity, which is more or less the right to publicize your own image however you see fit. You can argue that being used in a recording/broadcast without your permission hurts your "personal branding."
It is more difficult for public figures to sue for right of publicity and almost impossible for public officials, but much easier for private people.

Yeah. My gut reaction is she was taking advantage of the fact that he's a shitbag to get things and just manipulating him. It's shitty though because their are scenarios like this that are genuinely bad and abusive, I'm just struggling to see it here. Especially when you go on for paragraphs about the shit he did for you.
I mean I get it, the power dynamic is awkward. You really want to be a streamer and this guy is giving you stuff you want/need, and you're afraid he can just take it away if you avoid him, and you're afraid if you don't take the stuff you never get it, but you can not put yourself in the situations that bad things happen.

Eh, he sounded like a complete creeper from the jump, and it wasn't like she's the only one he'd done this too. You read that thread and I guess this was suspected quite a bit multiple times. The problem I have with the explanation sometimes is when you read shit like "I felt bad so I actually texted/told him that I really enjoyed it all".
I'm not saying this case wasn't one worthy of bringing to light, but that's just a slippery slope for some women who later on decide they regretted sleeping with someone, while the person in question would be like "I don't get it, she told me she was enjoying us being together and then one day decided she was going to change her whole story". Some awkward fucks out there who will be completely duped by all that into thinking they're in a normal relationship.

So I fire it off, check Categories and there it is: The Many of Cucks 2 in the first row with every other game around having 5x or more viewers, and that's with several high viewer count games filtered out (thanks ublock origin!). I sort them by viewers and it's dead last in the fourth row. No, I have *never* watched anyone play it nor I ever intend to, stop pushing that garbage.
