I think you can't say anything bad for the first few minutes or something of a video. Also, depends on your contract apparently. One Youtuber has to cut out all swearing and stuff when reacting, while others don't care.

Think a lot of it has to do with MA viewing too. You can probably swear a little in a non MA flagged video, but obviously Youtubers are aiming for that tween market so they try to say stupid shit like "frick" and "heck" instead.

Twitch now has a flag PER STREAM that you can turn on for "excessive profanity" or something:

You can just toggle it on/off, but it's on the stream launcher. Guessing it has something to do with filtering out accounts flagged as under 18 maybe. There's a separate MA rating too which I think should just be a catch-all, but whatever.

With all the recent stupid changes Twitch is making I wouldn’t be surprised if Amazon isn’t considering seeking an evaluation before putting it up for sale.
