Sounds like he's looking at some US charges for the NK propaganda effort as well if things escalate. If anyone from NK has ever somehow given him money, or advised him on anything indirect or directly in his community, then he's looking at a potential FARA violation for not filing the appropriate paperwork to promote NK interests.

I mean he's already fucked at this point. South Korea hasn't put him in holding or anything yet and he can't leave the country. He has to provide for his own food and shelter and he is banned off Youtube, Kick, Twitch, and now TikTok. Not only that, he is coming off a 3 month hiatus where he wasn't making money. He's gonna be homeless on the streets of South Korea before he makes it to trial.

I'd be surprised if he sees time. He has money and backing so I wouldn't be shocked if they hit him with a huge fine and throw him out. I doubt they want to deal with imprisoning him, especially since he'd probably die swiftly.

Whatever he gets, him being deplatformed on Tiktok is a much bigger deal in this day and age to a guy like him that makes his entire living on the internet. Sitting in a Japanese jail didn't work. He doesn't care.
But now he will finally be irrelevant with no outlet to act as the jester that he's paid to be.

His behavior on Tiktok last week has to be because he's beholden to his sponsors. He has to be completely bought and paid for. It's out of character for someone who got their passport seized to be aggressively upping the ante in the lead up to a trial.
