The Nissan executive was succesfully extracted from Japan without a passport or passenger manifest declared. They used a big music box and the 2 operators claimed to be musicians.
Customs let the music instrument through without inspection to a private plane.
That's pretty much his only shot. Hire some private US operators for 1mil to extract him to a non-extradition country (In this case, Lebanon would be the safest)
Problem is,
as the Nissan executive found out, you can never leave the non-extradition country unless you plan on resolving your charges. You live in exile. He could illegally re-enter the US via Mexico using a coyote, but he can never operate a US bank account etc again. He'd have to be off the grid.
