Not my channel so I don’t know and I don’t care but I assume, for the Bob Ross one, it is legit. The MST3K and Rifftrax channels are legally streaming the movies they stream. The movie channels, they are always getting shutdown and popping back up again.
The ufc one with Jens Pulver is legit as well. I can’t wait for them to show the first UFC’s again as that is a great time watching with chat.
Saying “I watch” twitch is an overstatement as it is more like I have it on while I do something else like internet, gemcut, clean, whatever. I don’t really watch anything because nothing is worth devoting that much attention to. Right now I’m internetting on my iPad while an Elden Ring stream in on the ps5, hanging out with the dogs and wife in the living room while she knits.

Ever since all the covid lockdowns ended my Twitch watching has plummeted. I basically just pawn off my Twitch Prime to Penta, since he's the only one I'll occasionally throw on my other screen.

There are a bunch of "always on" channels that just stream constant marathons of stuff. A number of them, like Bob Ross or Rifftrax or Farscape, are above board and legit. They can be good background stuff to have on.
They also sometimes have limited marathons. Like in the past, BBC had an official Doctor Who marathon that streamed in order all the stuff from the 60s through 80s, and PBS had a Mister Rogers one that showed literally every episode of Mister Rogers ever (except the "banned" ones, like the one where the King has all the puppets make nukes lol). That last one was kind of interesting because the woman who played Lady Aberlin was in chat sometimes and was giving behind the scenes info.

Twitch bought the rights to stream Bob Ross shows so it's fine, but the story concerning the rights to his works are a sad tale since it was originally a 4 way share between him, his wife, and two friends (the Kowalskis). After his wife passed away he was only a 33% owner and he unsuccessfully tried to give rights to his surviving family upon his own death.
