Has not yet reported, in any way, on her progress with The Origin of Species. But to be fair, that book is a massive undertaking. I can see it taking 6 or more months to consume.
It's okay though. Asking a creationist to read Origin is like asking an atheist to read the Quran or the Book of Mormon. It's a damn painful thing.
But.... it can be done, given enough will. I'm proof. And it's always worth it, on both sides of the spectrum.

I take the Peterson line here. If a tranny demands that I use a particular pronoun, I will refuse to do so on pure principle.
If a tranny is honest with me about their biology and then asks me to use a particular pronoun, then I am much more likely to respond with Golden Rule style reciprocal kindness.
Vanessa has always been open about his biology, and has never demanded that I use certain pronouns. Therefore, I will use the pronouns that 'she' prefers, out of mutual intellectual respect.
This only works in the context of FoH since you all know that I know that she is Trans. Since Vanessa is open and honest with us on this forum, and since everyone already knows that she is a he.... that makes it all the more easy for me to say 'she'. 'She' is playing by the rules of honest intellectual discourse and I respect those rules.

Origin is outdated a bit, somewhat, but the broad concepts he presents are in no way outdated and the way he presents them is specifically attuned to a Creationist/Christian audience.

You will not come out of reading origin with a modern and accurate understanding of the modern day synthesis and the importance if the genome in the orocesses of evolution.
So no, its a great argument. Origin is not suggested reading even for university students in the biological sciences any more
