There is absolutely no good data to support any positive benefit of a supposed "water birth." I wouldn't deliver in a hospital that offered that.I have actually - I'm considering laboring in water but not for delivery. I have to see if the hospital is set up for that though. If it isn't it isn't if it is that's probably what I'm going to target.
