you get nautious?
oh thats how i am now with modern FPS, 30m in i'll get that stale taste at the back of my throat and just gets progressively worse.Queasy I guess. I feel that way for a few hours afterwards. Some people blow chunks within seconds of putting the headset on. Some games are worse than others, but 90 minutes is the upper limit for my best-case scenario.
I hope I'm still around by the time VR gaming really finds its footing with sufficient advancements. I couldn't stomach the god rays & screen door effects of the Rift I bought (and returned) but my experience playing Elite Dangerous with it was amazing. Being able to look around in the cockpit and turn my head to look out the side windows while zooming in and around the stations was unlike anything I've experienced in gaming. My body was literally pumping adrenaline into my system when I was getting a bit too close to things at a fast speed as it was convinced I was in danger.
I wasn't too impressed with the FPS games and the like, but simulator/immersive games benefit greatly from it.
So the bundle I want that has Borderlands VR and Beat Saber is $250, not $200. Ugh. Moss and Astrobot are at the top of everyone's list for best games on PSVR though, so I'd probably just buy that bundle, and then buy Beat Saber seperately. I think Borderlands VR is pretty neat, but I'm not super excited about playing it in VR.
Also, I already have a PS Camera. Is there anything to do with a 2nd one with this? I don't suppose it's like the Vive and can setup a separate camera in the room for better body recognition?
Duh... Didn't notice that for some reason. Thanks!Keep in mind the $250 package also has two move controllers that are $100 by themselves that the $200 Moss/Astrobot package does not have. Beat Saber requires the move controllers IIRC.
