i'm pretty sure vision is alive. he's not the same vision because he IS missing the mindstone, and he seems to have a mish-mash of powers that wanda has given him (quicksilver's speed, wanda's flying... yes, vision could fly before but when he does now, he looks just like wanda). in previous movies, wanda had control of vision's ability to become intangible, which is like, the only thing he's done that is clearly a power he had before.

my thoughts are that vision is alive, but again, he's not really vision anymore. he wouldn't be able to pick up mjolnir. a big part of my reasoning for that is because the ONLY two character's points of view we've seen from INSIDE westview is wanda and vision. we've seen vision's POV when wanda is nowhere on screen. even the beekeeper dude. once wanda saw him, we stopped seeing things from his POV and it basically only lasted the short trip of him going through the sewers, then poof, he's not a background character.

The argument between the Monica Rambeau and the chief felt so forced and stupid. Its like they had him bias that information to make him seem like more of an asshole, just to weaken the appearance of his argument that Wanda is a bad guy in all of this so far (According to all the data we have). All so they could make it so Monica's argument doesn't seem absolutely retarded.

Because lets face it--so far her position seems absolutely retarded. Wanda looks terrible in all of this so far--hundreds, or thousands of people are being brain raped and have said they are suffering under her direct power, and somehow there is a case to be made that she's not the bad guy here?

Granted, we'll probably find out by the end of the season she's doing all of this to save the missing kids in the town from some other entity (Vision mentioning the missing kids and in the first episode them chanting "for the children", makes me think the kids of the town are held hostage somewhere)....But right now, its absolutely absurd to try and "stick up" for what Wanda is doing here. It's pretty damn horrific. (But as said, they seem to be trying to make it out to be a "I knew the whole time she was good"! when they do the big reveal that she's been forced into this).

I hate it when shows do that...Its fine to leave things grey. It also makes it more dramatic when everyone doubts the hero.

Right, while you can understand why Wanda is doing it, it doesn't excuse it and Vision was 100% correct to tell her what she was doing was wrong. Right now she is the bad guy, although her "I don't know how this even started..." suggests that she may have been influenced by something else.

i dont even think that was her dragging that drone to the SWORD agents. its whatever is really running this sham. i also dont think it was Scarlet Witch who kidnapped Vision's body. Vision is still dead,, but his data is being accessed and he doesnt know he's dead. just an echo of himself.

Something else to consider. Wanda was on the "bad side" of the Civil War. She sided with Cap. The fact that they mentioned the Sokovia Accords i think it relevant to how some perceive her.

Kind of like the “liberal” movement?

Not going to delete but will admit that is a dick comment to make.

I want a Darcy and Woo Marvel X-files type show.
I’m biased towards Park because I met him once and he was a decent fucking human being.

However the only redeeming quality of Kat is her fucking big ass titties. Which by the way they hide under turtleneck sweaters and fucking beanie caps.

Eh, I like the Darcy character, but I admit they need to take off the layers of clothing on Denning. Park is awesome though, he was pretty good on Fresh Off the Boat and that one Netflix movie with Ali Wong.

I don't think it was actually Wanda either, or at least I don't think it was her in control, but we'll see.

As far as Darcy goes, I don't mind her but I absolutely see why people do. She also looks like she's gained some weight in the torso, which could be a big reason why they only seem to really be showing her from the shoulders up

I guess the "omg Mephisto easter egg" crowd feel pretty foolish at this point?

I don't think Vision is 100% autonomous and alive yet. I think he's being Weekend At Bernie'd by her. She stole his dismantled corpse in the real world and seemingly had no recollection of that. She didn't have the Mindstone... the infinity stones don't exist in this timeline anymore. The ones they had in Endgame were smuggled in via alternate realities and returned to those realities by Cap. So this present here and now timeline (idk what they call it in the MCU but the comics called it Earth 616 iirc... i.e. actual, bonafide reality that we inhabit) is mindstoneless yet it's on Vision; I don't think she just willed Vision and the Mindstone via hex back into reality... I think he's still dead but will, somehow, be *actually* remade here soon. We'll see!

Well the stones generally reassemble themselves after they get destroyed since they are a fundamental aspect of the universe itself. This *could* be the means by which the Mind stone reassembles itself.

This is something that really bothered me about Endgame. When the Ancient one explains to Bruce that without the stones universes would become more chaotic and essentially unravel. They borrow the stones, save half of our universe, return the stones. We now have no stones in our universe. But this is only going to get into touching on how they decided to hand wave causality and say "No, time travel doesn't work like that" to explain away a ton of crap anyways, which gives me a headache.

I suppose we would have to hope that "destroying" the infinity stones is more like using the Dragonballs, they then vanish and scatter about to eventually be found again.

Yeah taking the stone away, versus it getting atomized, is what set the Ancient One off. I figure the Mind Stone would be the natural one to be consciously assembled due to the whole nature of the Mind and maybe would have been already had Wanda not been snapped.

I go back and forth about it being her or not. Part of me thinks they are setting it up for her to become a villain for Dr Strange 2. Maybe a cliff hanger Episode 8 then a season 2 that hits right before the movie next year

This is supposed to lead straight into Doctor Strange 2. I think whoever is behind it will be revealed in the final episode and that will lead to Doctor Strange showing up at the end to lead into his movie. This is basically the villain's plan part of that story. Whoever is messing with Wanda will have his plan here come to fruition and then they mop it up in Doc Strange 2.

Ya, I was hoping for a season 2 lead in just so we get more of it instead of just this 1

Yeah.. but I think these are like standalone seasons. The only show that has gotten a second season so far is Loki. Anything is possible though. I'd like to see more Vision and Wanda since they aren't getting their own movies. I think these shows are just planned out more since they are also timed with the links to specific movies.
