Agnes and Agatha are the same person in or out of the Hex. Wanda only knew "Agnes" and doesn't meet the real Agatha til that basement scene. It's also apparent that Agatha has lived in Westview for a long time by the looks of her home.

they established that the town has been taken over and those people live there. well cept agnes. no id for her. just weird she said that they finally met. since she's been there from the start.

Because Agatha was playing a character, Agnes. Wanda didn't know who Agatha was til they met in the basement. Hence, they hadn't "really" met. Wanda just thought she was a rando person.

You're taking that statement too literal. It's the Scooby Doo villain reveal... as in I'm not Agnes, my mask, but Agatha Harkness.

but its still the same person. she didnt even take off her mask in the reveal. i thought Agatha was an old lady? she also has a long purple dress which we havent seen. so is the agnes face real or is that somebody else's form she's using?

I mean Agatha can look however she wants? She doesn't have to be an old lady. I am assuming if they would have wanted an "old lady" Agatha they would have went with someone older.

ok, let me ask the same question in a different way. if she can look however she wants, is the agnes person a real person she is impersonating or is that a form she just made up? because she hasnt been shown yet in her purple dress thats in the "Agatha all along" song. there is still the witness protection person missing in there somewhere.

Tossing out a prediction. I'll quote myself and ham it up if I'm right in 2 weeks, or quote myself and give self-picards if I'm wrong haha.
Prediction: Vision will be 'reborn' in Episode 9.
He is still not (for lack of better words) sovereign and independent. He is only alive via hex... by living INSIDE the hex which manifests itself as a TV program due to the hex bending reality in such a radical nature. This is why when Vision tried to leave Westview, he started to disintegrate and why the son said "they think he's dying". Because he left the source of his "life", the hex and she had to expand it to rescue him... to gobble up his physical, still dead corpse that she is Weekend At Bernie'ing.
So Vision WILL find a way to be reborn without being reliant on Scarlet Witch's Hex. I'm just really curious to see how they (the creators) are going to do it, and if he'll look different like he did in the comics (all white). Bettany is too good for them to NOT do this.
As far as Ms. Harkness... There's 2 things she wants/needs:
1) Wanda to stay in the hex. I think we now know HOW Wanda ended up in Westview. We also know Agatha finds Monica's meddling to try and pull Wanda back to reality troublesome.
2) The children. For... something. Lifeforce... souls... who knows~ We'll see!
