Anyway, looks like SM2 is mostly the same game, but butchering hordes of gaunts instead of orks and cultists. As long as they don't do that retarded bullshit with splitting the multiplayer again it should be fine.

Possible but could keep it as DLC and what not. Usually Tyrannids wouldn't cooperate with anyone but could see some Chaos fucks exploiting the mess at the same time.

Eldar looking to manipulate the outcome of the war. They're actually unreservedly helping the Imperium against the Tyrannids because the Farseer has determined that a dominant Imperial victory against the swarm will save a number of Eldar lives in the long term. Of course they're too arrogant and secretive to say 'hey we are here to help' and it's a tossup whether the Imperium would accept their help anyway so KILL ALL ALIENS!

Or something.

yeah, the Eldar are "helping". But "helping" might mean diverting a Tyranid swarm to a human world, to devour it to piss off the humans, so they send space marines to kill the swarm, and along the way, also get attacked by orcs, which were also tricked into attacking the humans, which diverts the marines attention to the orcs, which get cleared out of a space hulk they were attacking from, which once the humans clear it and leave, the Eldar go in and collect the soul gems and coordinates to a lost craft world that were on it.
Then send a couple squads of Banshees to help on the human world. maybe.

Yes I also could have copy/pasted their motivation from every single other video game appearance but I thought it would be interesting to try something new.
