Speaking of cheat day and someone mentioned cheesecake mmm mm hit up about 1/3 of a cheesecake yesterday. So far calorie counting is going well down about 11 lbs in 4 weeks, usually eat around 1400 calories a day with cheat day hitting around 3k. Did just calories for the first 3 weeks now adding in some kettlebell routines and getting more walks during lunch in when i get to leave my office at lunch. Feeling way better in the morning now and sleeping better too acid reflux has gone away and im snoring less for the wife.

Just passed the 100 lbs lost myself. Currently 6'3" 188 lbs. For the first time in my life I can flex and see a six pack.

diet plan was eat less and exercise plan was lots of situps/pushups/ect on a cycle of exercizing a different section of the body every other day. Started doing not much, but now I consistently do 100 pushups as fast as I can in one run every second day.

Feels good mang.

How does anyone eat 1400 calories a day? That's like a meal for me...
Depends on how/what you're eating and how sedentary you are. It's pretty easy for me to stay around 1500 calories these days after doing it for the past 6 weeks (was doing that silly 1300 for a while) because I have been working like a slave and haven't had much time to exercise.

My cheat day was yesterday too, was pretty good. Had two white russians, a pint of ice cream, a chick fil a sandwich, two dr peppers, and a steak and a sweet potato. Even with all that I doubt it was as epic as brother McCheese.

I probably eat about 1400 calories per day when I am really being strict, it isn't so bad. Yogurt and fruit in the morning with some granola, that is really filling. Then lunch and dinner usually depend. Lunch is some greens and chicken breast or something with dressing and parmesan cheese. Dinner depends. I eat sunflower seeds for a snack during the day. I don't end up feeling hungry until I am in bed about to fall asleep, and by then it is too late anyway.

Step 1: eat whatever you want

Step 2: swim 60-120 minutes 2-3 times a week

Step 3: Always increase the difficulty of your regimen

Step 4: Enjoy being fuck-able.

I made it through the donuts, pizza, skittles, and half the bag of Doritos before giving up. So I took a 3ish hour nap, woke up, and polished off the remaining Doritos and cookies. I drank about half a gallon of milk as well, which I think is what really filled me up during that first half. I felt like absolute shit on Sunday, but it was totally worth it.

Back on track!

This snow storm is gonna have my sodium intake through the roof today. All I've got is chicken sausage and peppers that I made 2 nights ago, and this marinated pork loin I'm slow cooking today. Gonna be retaining lots of water!

I started using a foam roller about 2 months ago. Absolutely blew my mind the first couple of times I did it when I realized the knots I had in my legs. At this point, a majority of my legs are much better. IT band on the other hand still has some super painful spots.
