Riiiight I'm trying to lose weight fast without getting diabeetus.You could eat 1300 calories of cane sugar a day and lose weight. That's very, very low calorie. Like 12 year old girl calories. Generally that sort of diet is going to catch up to you.
My point was:
Eating 1350 of balanced diet I felt like SHIT and was hungry all day while losing weight.
Eating 1350 of 65% fat 30% protein 5% carbs I feel righteous, never hungry, and dropping weight even faster.
