Maeve has been the head of the brothel for only a short time. The Asian guy said that she's been in the park a very long time, but keeps getting reassigned. This is why she's remembering being in that house on the plain before with her daughter when the Indians attack. That was her old build in the Westworld commercial that she sees, when she asks how they knew her dreams.
Still a weak episode overall. I agree with what everyone else here has said. Asian guy walking the entire complex with one of the better known hosts would be almost impossible for no-one to notice. Her trying to blackmail the other guy was kinda weak. Think the plot would've worked a lot better if only Asian guy knew what was going on, would've made that angle much more believable. Without William and Dolores, the episode felt a little stale. We got some new information about the hosts and the park, but felt like the episode itself was kinda flat.

The drunk guy who pissed everywhere said they could get parts from the body shop and mix an match a la carte basically and we know Delories has been repaired piece by piece such that she is entirely new despite being the oldest robo-whore in the park. I have to go with yes, they just replace pieces as needed.

Also she magically appears in front of asian guy and fat white guy everytime she dies. Are those two like assigned the same 50ish robots to repair, cuz that would make sense, you know, keep on repairing the same robo-whore everyday, you know how she's supposed to look, cuz there are 2000 hosts, it'd be silly to think that those 2 handle all of em, or that she always randomly gets the asian guy.

This part is curious. From the episode 7 trailer we know that the likely shenanigans going on is QA Redhead and friends were the ones secretely altering Maeve to make an example of the robots being dangerous. For some corporate takeover/lol Evulz purpose. This, along with the revelries has allowed her to wake up in maintenance mode. The alterations QA Redhead made were likely the ones restricting her ability to do harm like Bernie's secretary was talking about.
That being said. QA Redhead and AH have no way of knowing that two idiots in maintenance just gave her super intelligence on top of that (why can maintenance/ops idiots access live software code and commit in real time?). This is kind of contrived because the basis for Felix and Ginger doing this is weak as fuck and relies a great deal on pure chance.

I personally did not like the extra Asian stuff of this episode.
1. lots of time w/ dumb asian tech
2. we see 2 dead asian hosts being hosed down, why asians exist in the wild west, i have no fucking idea, but maybe the same reason why a buy guy is a deputy
3. of course the corporate overlord is some Mandarin motherfucker
4. fat white guy thinking Asian guy is all of a sudden into Hentai

Someone had to build those railroads dog. Chinese being in the West isn't completely out of context. But since they were brought because of being both cheap and having a knowledge of blowing shit up for building railroads. That being said, we haven't seen ANY Chinatown type shit going on to support that idea. So just having two random slanty eyed hosts seems silly.

- Maintenance guys would realistically have incredibly limited access to anything. They can sleep mode/have a few verbal commands/etc but beyond that you'd kick it to the devs. I can ignore him playing with the birdy because it's just a stupid bird. The weird coding panel tablet he uses could have been stolen too? I guess?- 1

Not necessarily alive... but with all the plot shenanigans aside in the last episode with Felix and Ginger, one thing that seems to also have been revealed is that the earlier picture of Arnold and Ford did not actually show Arnold, it was Fords Dad. Theory is that Bernard is a host replica of Arnold and was incapable of seeing himself in the picture similar to Abernathy glitching out on the picture of the women in Times Square.
