I broke my arm 7 years ago and everytime i see a movie or tv series, someone breaking their arm or breaking another person's, i just can't watch. Legs, necks...fine.

That doesn't bother me, but I can't stand having long nails on myself (I clip them at least once a week, and even then they often feel too long), and I work with several dudes that must not clip more than once a month. The sound their long ass fingernails make when they are running their finger over a set of plans or other piece of paper sets my teeth on edge like nothing else. And the visual of those nasty ass nails just adds to my revulsion.
To a lesser extent, the sound of styrofoam squeaking is one of those "nails on chalkboard" things for me.

Tearing paper towel, and someone who tries to erase something with their pencil and the eraser has been worn down to the nub and the metal part hits the paper. That shit has about landed me in prison for child abuse so many times, I have lost count.

Milipedes and centipdes?
there are ones called house centipedes or something like that which are really helpful at killing all the terrible bugs laround your house like cockroaches, silverfish, spiders ect. Normally dont kill them a long with praying mantis

People who wear so much perfume/man-perfume you can smell it when youre not making out with them. Nothings skeevier than smelling another dudes perfume. (and yes its still fucking perfume, if dudes start wearing lacy panties I'm not gonna start calling them manties)

G used to HATE ferns for some reason he could not explain. He would mow very quickly around one of the flower beds that was all shade plants because of the ferns. I may have screwed with him sometimes by putting a frond on his desk.

I'm all for having having anything that kills roaches, termites, black widows ect. I would love having huntsman spiders also if everything ive read is true
