Fucking poor/lower end of the economic spectrum people. Do people in this world not realize that you can have class and be a decent person without having money?

I go over to my moms place condo. Condos are setup so that your entrance goes right into a alley way and you have no space in front of your unit. You either park in your garage or in general parking that are scattered about the complex. I get there and across from her the fucktards have 2 cars parked side by side in the alley way. Theyre not washing their car or loading/unloading anything , theyre just standing around talking. I leave with my mom to go to walmart and come back and theyre STILL double parked in the alley way. Its been over an hour at this point. I have a few bags of soil/mulch to unload so I park in the alley so now its blocked. After about 5 minutes the fucktards realize their fucktards and drive away.

While leaving said walmart, some piece of shit is walking his pitbull along the front of it and as it passes one of the security poles that are 4-5 feet outside of the entrances dog just stops and pisses on it.

Do non rich people dont understand rich neighborhoods are nice because the rich people who live in them care about their fucking neighborhood? There isnt some mystical force in the universe related to money that acts as a natural graffiti repellent.

That's a good point. Make another offer for 10k less, then go to each of them and say if they accept the offer you'll give them the 10k in cash under the table, and not to tell the soon-to-be ex.

Then close on the house and tell them to fuck off when they call wanting their dirty money.

My neighbors have this ancient Scottish terrier that they leave out on the balcony of their apartment, and the stupid god damn thing just barks, and barks, and barks, and barks all night long until about 10:30 when they let it inside.

We have a leash law in our city, but the owners frequently let the thing run around the apartment complex like a god damn lunatic. One night it came around a corner and attacked my roommate's dog (a huge german shepherd) and the terrier got the shit kicked out of it. It was great.

Then the owners gave me dirty looks all the time, like I was an asshole because they let their mongrel run around and it picked a fight it couldn't win.

This morning on the freeway there was light traffic, everyone going 45 in a 65 or less. Cop sitting off to the side kinda around the edge of a ramp so you couldn't see him until to you were 100 yards away. Without fucking fall, every single faggot in front of me going TWENTY UNDER just slams on their brakes like retards once they see him.

Local grocery store does that too, all the damn time. I'm an old (just not as old as campbell) so I complained to the manager. He said it comes down from corporate. There's some theory in the retail shopping world that moving shit around and spreading it out all over the store increases sales because it forces customers to search increasing the opportunity for impulse buys. In the grocery store even things like chips aren't all on the same isle. You see a row of chips and start searching for your brand, but your brand might be on the other side of the store.

I agree with you that it costs them money because I don't like going to the store. That theory might work if and only if every store in the area buys into it. But I don't think customers like being confused and taking 8 laps around a grocery store.

Wait, what do you mean your uncle is responsible for that shit? Did he come up with that shitastic theory? Is he and adherent to it from corporate? Either way, get his ass registered here, I have questions for him!

I live in a house at the edge of a fairly large neighborhood of houses, across the street from some expensive apartments. These apartments have limited below ground parking and no lot at all, so street parking in a neighborhood is kind of a bitch. I get that, I'm sympathetic. What I'm not sympathetic to is having 1/3rd or more of my driveway blocked for 5+ hours at least once every other week. Nobody likes having to hunt through a neighborhood and parallel park a few blocks from your destination, but fuck man that's the name of game. If your bumper edges over the line of my driveway, I'm annoyed but whatever, it can be a tight fit around here and maybe you really thought you were good. When your whole trunk and the rear doors of your shitty Subaru cross that line, you knew what you were doing and are hoping to get away with some shit.

Police have a parking hotline/web form for submission that results in a visit by parking enforcement within 24-48 hours, at which point I'm just a crotchety old man bitching about 'muh property.' God damn if it doesn't take everything in me not to break windshields.

If you deflate tires, be sure it's not just the cars in front of your house. If you only do those, they will know who to wreak vengeance upon. Fuck, even lie to them and say you chased off 2 black youths who were doing it, then bring them a bicycle pump to air their tires back up.

But i would call traffic enforcement. I know it sounds like with 24-48 hour response that they would never catch the people, but be a big enough pain and the cops will get there sooner or just start checking on their own.
