I'm sure this has been posted before, but what the fuck is it with phone apps changing their logo?
At the moment, fuck lastpass and blink for changing colors, but there are many more that have done this and pissed me off in the past.
Have any extensions installed that let you block youtube videos by keyword or anything?Always saw you tube channels talking about people getting unsubbed.
Seems to have started for me. I keep getting videos that I'm subbed with the bell, but im getting random videos that arnt showering up in my subscription tab at all. I'll find them by Silverton fee else linkin/bring in Instagram

Hell I don't have any standards, I'd still hit it.For some reason, Youtube keeps recommending videos of slightly overweight girls wearing increasingly smaller bikinis. Come on Youtube, where did THAT come from?

As if you needed more reasons to grieve.
I'm just curious how the mistake was made. Did you have a survey done and it was wrong? Did you have one done and ignore it? Or did you not ever have one done?Welp i gotta fucking move my fence this weekend...
neighbor to my left was an old man who died last summer, the son sold the house eventually.
New owner lets me know he did a survey and where I was told the property line was when I bought the house, isn't actually the property line, the property line actually goes through my fucking drive way. Driveway has always been where it's at as far as I'm aware since the 80s when the house was built. I installed the fence myself when I moved in for my doggos. I check online with the county for all the plat maps and lots etc, and yep, some fucking how the property line is literally in my driveway and my fence is like 20 feet over the line.
I offer him money, to do a lot line adjustment, to buy the strip of land from him (its completely inaccessible to him, all the homes here are separated by woods), no dice.
"He's going to leave the land to his kids and so he doesn't want to lose any of it" Like wtf dude, i'm offering you money for land you can't even fucking access? Like he's going to have to come up my driveway to access this strip of land, to mow the grass here, etc. (i'll probably still mow it of course)
Still no, so now i gotta uproot my fence and redo everything.
Also my driveway is gravel I had scheduled some guys to come out and pave it (first winter shoveling snow, fuck doing that on gravel) but now I had to cancel that and reschedule it until after I move all the gravel and shorten the driveway (more like a turn around/car parking spot)
Pic for reference. Blue is where I was told the property line is (and what would make sense), Red is where the line actually is.

i mean the mistake is entirely on me, I bought this house sight unseen. I'm sure I had a survey as part of the home inspection done maybe but no I didn't request anything specific before putting up the fence. Where that blue line is in the picture is where the power/transformer box is to my house (all power is underground cables here), and there was a stake in the ground at that spot with bright pink markings, and the realtor said "yep that's your property line". It made sense, every house here is separated by trees, I had no reason to suspect they were drunk when the put the driveway down 40 years ago.I'm just curious how the mistake was made. Did you have a survey done and it was wrong? Did you have one done and ignore it? Or did you not ever have one done?
I'm not really into spending your money for you but I'd get my on survey to confirm. I also bought sight unseen & 'as-is' from Freddy Mack. First thing I did was confirm the property lines. My neighbor has a fence about 2' into my backyard but I don't really care.Welp i gotta fucking move my fence this weekend...
