A pivoting walkway that I did the roof for that went to a river boat in Baton Rouge collapsed. Not the roof but the actual walkway. The fabricator called me today. No my problem, it passed inspection when fabbed and installed 30 years ago. The casino has been closed for a number of years and the walkway pivots with the river stage. I'm sure that had nothing to do with it. Not my problem.
As can clearly be seen the roof is still intact. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Looks like the river is really high and the walkway pivots with the closed casino so maintenace. River is real high that paved area is the top of the levee which is normally a large vertical distance from the river.
