So far it is as good as bloody baron, maybe even better in certain parts. The length they cite, 10 hours, is maybe only for the main quest, I'd guess you can easily get 20+ hours out of this.

Vlodimir's lines are pure gold, but somebody will write an angry rant about the misogyny

Finished it, it's awesome, it doesn't just add the main quest but expands the whole northern part of the map with new PoIs and stuff, all of it 30+ on first playthrough. Easily worth the money, it's not "you can't play without this" quality, but considering how good the base game is, that would be difficult to pull off, it's more of the same. My original length estimate was a bit off, still easily 10-12 hours.

I also ran into a game crashing bug at the end of the first big part of the main quest, if you are repeatedly crashing in the middle of a lengthy conversation, try turning off all post processing in the options, worked for me.

Now for the spoilers:
TLDR: Never deal with the devil.

I felt like the weakest part was Olgierd's third task, the game was essentially a walking simulator, you knew the wife was dead and that you would have to pull off some ghosty/time-travelly miracle to get the rose. The Caretaker was a nice touch, but is never explored further, much like Olgierd's dabbling in the arcane arts and the photoshop filter was a bore. I hated the part where the game drops you into a blizzard and you can't see where you are going if you have used Cat, felt so cheap.

On the other hand, the wedding and the robbery were pretty fun, easily one of the best quests in the game. Wedding was nice with all the upbeat atmosphere without the grimdark stuff the witcher universe is full of. They pulled off the celebratory mood really well and Vlodimir's lines were awesome. I will have to read up on how the people you hire for the robbery affect the quest, I had the elf and the safecracker. She ran away through the chimney in the middle and the safecracker joined the auctioneer's side only to lie in a puddle of blood 10 seconds later...

I let O'Dimm take Olgierd's soul because honestly, the guy was a dick and you don't piss into the devil's coffee. Then didn't accept anything in return just to get the fuck away.

Finished it here as well. Was pretty good and there is a ton of content as well. Definitely worth the expansion tag it claims. Not so sure about the upgrades though. By the time you can afford them or get them all the expansion is done and you are over leveled for the main quest so what's the point.

Story wise it was pretty decent. It's not really up there with the Baron though, at least for me that is. The Baron while a bastard was sympathetic in some respects. He was garrulous and likable, not so much with Beckham, erhm I mean Olgried. Still worth it to come back and play again in the witcher world. The mobs in the expansion hit like diesel trucks. Two to three good swipes and you are dead on block & broken bones even with mastercrafted. Quen is king in this expansion. Heh reminds me of Witcher 2 in that respect. Oh did igni get a massive nerf?

Finally got around to play this game. My god this game is huge and there is sooo much to do. No fucking way I'll be able to complete this game before Fallout 4. Other than that this so far has my vote for GOTY.

Fucked all 3 sorceress bitches but ended up with Triss because Yennefer felt a little too "cunty" for my taste.

I diddled the blond but left Triss alone and wound up with Yen in the end. I think the blond is considered a freebie.

Yeah, only Triss and Yen actually matter for how the whole romance story arc ends; everyone else is consequence-free.

I banged em all, and ended not alone, but killing monsters with Cyri. Geralt's world is full of beautiful women and he is sterile and immune to disease. Why let such an opportunity go to waste, besides Geralt is an explorer not a home body.

Yen was pretty much a total cunt the entire game. I went with Triss and skipped on the blonde that everyone took a turn with.

I guess I'm a masochist - I liked Yen's cuntyness. As for Triss, she was way to spontaneous and emotional for my tastes (and I knew my nihilist world view would eventually drive her away from me).

Fuck I love the Witcher. More games should eschew the silent protagonist and have you actuallyroleplayas an established character.

My mind wasn't entirely made up until the quest where we chased down the djinn. That's when I knew Yen was my forever pal.

Oh, and the unicorn. The unicorn was nice too.

Did you guys do the Yen quest in Skellige and/or read The Last Wish ? Because it gives you a very good reason why Geralt's relationship with Yennefer is the way it is.

Basically what Dandai said.
