Well, no score at half. Mexico seems to be outplaying the Netherlands at the moment, but I think the Netherlands are getting screwed over by the refs here and there.

Aside from the obvious penalty at the end of the half that the ref couldn't see, I think he's been pretty even-handed, though the fouls against Netherlands have been hurting them more. Also keep in mind I think the first foul of the game was whomever pulling that Mexico player's shirt (and him) right in front of the ref.

You can tell the game is suffering because of the heat which is why everybody knows the Qatar WC will be played in winter. The issue FIFA has is the European leagues and American sponsors are dead set against it.

This is winter in Brazil either. It's not helping when the games are set to be played at noon so we have prime time games in Europe. At least Qatar they can play at night.

Thats exactly Quatars plan.
Also they submitted for a WC during summer and got that, you simply just dont switch 2 or 3 years after beeing granted the WC to "oh its shitty hot lets make it an xmas WC".
But with FIFA in charge... they'll do whatever the moneybag proposes.
