It was added super early, with BRD. The plans are in that room with all the golems walking around. We 100% had them in BWL

So I remember twinking being a think in Vanilla for sure but I don't remember if WSG gave you xp for capping a flag and winning or not? If it was you didn't get a lot of experience but I feel like winning you give you some so you could only stay twinked for so long.

I'll check it out, why not, can't hurt refreshing myself on the lowbie levels to get ahead of the pack come the real thing.

Cool, maybe if we can find a couple of others we can put together a group over the weekend and run some lower dungeons or something for the hell of it. Maybe Sat or Sunday we can all roll some level 1's.

Edit: we did a trash clear of MC 12/5 after I had started on the 25th of August (or later) and I was one of our first 60s and spent a few weeks helping everyone else level after that. So I can't imagine it would take 4 months as a warrior.

It didn't take many of us long at all on ED to get level 60; felt like we had a ton of people on both sides raiding by the time we were clearing MC.

Are those forums still active too? Been years since I looked and have since lost the link.

Is it possible/enjoyable to play this without BFA now? I'm tempted to just throw a sub on and dick around with low levels and knock some rust off. I don't do emulators. I'm not paying 60+$ for a shit expansion, and I'm not hunting around walmarts during mardi gras (social assistance cheque time) in Edmonton to find another cheap copy.

It's not enjoyable to play it with BFA, let alone without.

My Priest took me right about 8 days played I think to hit 60. I'm sure I dicked around a lot, but if that calculator is assuming 6-8 days played as the mid range then I could see it not being too far off.

If what they've said is true and hasn't changed - you only need an active subscription and don't need to own BFA.

If you're asking if you should sub for chance at playing right now? no don't do that
