The era server for whitemane cluster is very populated and popular currently.

But isnt whitemane kind of cherry picking, though? Its where people are migrating to because their home server is dying or has died.
Its like holding onto your house, even though you see the neighborhood getting darker and darker. You know in the back of your head that eventually your property value is going to drop off the face of a cliff, but you refuse to sell because you dont believe in white flight.

Home server is dying? You mean the other era clusters that aren't whitemane are dying? Yes, I'm sure they are. There's a bunch of clusters on era classic. I think the point is that the era server is Whitemane that has population on it, the cluster. It's going strong. Has been since the migration transfer thing before TBC. Era is alive and well but people want a new fresh era server because Whitemane's quite old now and inflation of gold is kind of a problem in some ways.
People aren't migrating to whitemane because their home server is dying most people just went to TBC and are in cata right now. I feel like you guys dont know what's going on and are bringing your limited semantical bravado to this conversation.
Anyway, ERA is proven to work, some people just want to live in TBC forever. Wrath forever.
I dont think the 13th will pan out for either, it will probably be just another era classic server being released.

The original WoW Classic experiment is now on Cata, and Firelands launches on 3pm Thursday (11/7).
People said Arms is the only viable PVP spec in Cata and that Fury is dead. There aren't even players guides for Fury PVP right now.
So I went Titan's Grip, stacked a shit ton of crit, and guess what? I can 1v2 people and hit like the Death Star.
