Problem wasn't just zerker (tho it didn't help). He wasn't the tank i don't think, the other warrior was so i get not having a shield on in that context. problem is he was the one who aggroed the patrol and chained the other pack, and that mage absolutely fucking wrecked his shit along with ALL the melees hitting him at the same time with his dogshit gear since he had all the initial threat. He's a dogshit warrior player and has ADHD Adderall riddled kid situational awareness.

He was the tank, but like you said he plays like hes in phase 6 bis like he was in the original OnlyFangs run where he bought like 100,000 gold to get geared while being carried lmao
He learned like a week ago that berserker stance = bad when tanking, so he's a pretty clueless shitter at warrior that was carried by gold buying the previous round

Also the 1 - 60 content and the early 60 dungeons (BRD, Scholo, Stath) are all excellent. The problem classic has is the insane logistics jump from 10-man UBRS to 40-man MC. If they had gone with 25-man raids early on, I think the game would still be outpacing all current MMOs with the exception of FFXIV.

I just hit 60 today finally. Having never actually played classic wow past like level 30 a lot of this is brand new to me so it's still pretty fun just running around aimlessly.
Pretty shocking how slow the leveling is though. Even slower than EQ TLPs are.
The 'culture' in this game is uh, wild though. Every dungeon I try and join now at endgame is just a laundry list of loot I can't roll on? How do people put up with this - why would I ever join this blackrock spire run if all 3 of the items I'm after are 'reserved'?

Like the dungeon finder is half populated with healers/tanks 'selling' their services for 20g per run? Fucking lol
I did a blackrock group last night and the leader swapped the loot to master loot at like 25% on the emperor fight and the tank instantly alt+F4'd and that was the end of the run.
Just the most unhinged behavior I've ever encountered in an MMO.

I had a group to play on a PVP server for this launch and everyone was very excited for these... in less than two weeks almost everyone out of a 15 person group bailed.
The XP rate for a one year window is absolutely brain-dead retarded. One year for a lot of people is too short also. Good luck getting enough raid gear unless you up drop rates.
I'm still playing but the XP rate is just painful. Season of Mastery was a lot less painful with the 20% increase.

I take it his goal was to switch to master and take the item he was looking for if it dropped the second he saw it? If it wasn't there he would have switched loot back and hope nobody noticed?
