I'm definitely not happy with the changes made for legion, as disc during wod was fun as fuck, and disc has always been a shield happy spec for several expansions, but theyre supposedly still quite strong. I play balance, so figuring out a fucked up rotation is right up my alley. Though I still won't touch the feral cluster fuck.

God yes. You're not alone. I played Disc towards the end of WoD in anticipation of the shadow priest changes coming before Legion and I fell in love with it. I wish I had played it during that expansion rather than my Monk so I would have had more time to enjoy it. This iteration, although its powerful, just isnt very fun to me. I feel too... disconnected? I guess? When I play it. It just felt like I was trying to do too much all at once with its undefined hybrid role.

I literally leveled a priest from 1 to 100, fell in love with disc, then Blizzard shit on it. I feel like I should be used to this by now, given how drastically they change balance druid every expansion since they can't seem to figure out what the fuck they want to do with it, or how it should play. The eclipse mechanic and everything else has changed every expansion since Wrath. And stat priority has also changed significantly within single patches. Can they fucking not.

I've got two alts. If you're already 110, the only real gate you have at 110 is finishing your campaign to get the 3rd relic and the broken shore crapline. Gearing is easy but there are dead spots. Up to 850 is super easy, then a lull until 890, then you're in a deadspot where tos pugs want 920 and aotc.

Honestly getting my warlock up was a lot easier than I thought. Of course I have a friendly guild that is really helpful and I'm sure it has nothing to do with me being guild leader

As of Tuesday, the 3rd relic slot will unlock automatically I assume as soon as you hit 110. The 7.2 artifact power up happens automatically, so you no longer have to do those stupid quests from Khadgar to get it powered up. Those are the big ones. So transfer the Priest over, send yourself an AK40 book, and reap the benefits!

Noodle's right though for gear. 850 is super easy because of the dauntless tokens. Then getting to 890 takes a little time, but is pretty easy because that's just lower level M+ , and LFR. But at 890, you can't really get into PuGs very easily, so you are stuck trying to PuG higher level M+ , and hoping for Warforged/Titanforged gear outta ToS LFR. I've gotten 890 since being back on my MW and WW monk and haven't been able to jump past.

Meh, there's always guild folks willing to help, so it shouldn't take that long. I'll run whatever for alts. We could even try to get another Fun Run night going for stuff like N NH/N ToS if there are enough people interested.

Yeah like I alluded to, having a solid guild is great. There are always people asking me if I want to do stuff to gear up. I'm sure a lot of that is "grorious reader need gear!!!!" But also a lot of it is just dudes I've made friends with. Plus in general the foh guild is awesome all around.

I'd rather be here on heroic than in some random ass guild on mythic

Well good thing I finished my order hall campaigns in july and empowered the last artifact yesterday.

Awwww fuck me. My priest is also Alliance. Fuck Alliance. $60 to insta100, $25+30 for transfer/faction change.... but my existing character has all 30 slot bags already. Hrmmn, guess I'll do it.

Why not just do a new one and if you're that shy on gold buy a wow token and sell it on the AH. That'll be like 60+20 instead of 115.

Yes, they do. Please do it, and get the rocket ship so you can be better than the surprisingly few people that have any 2 person mount at all.
