I upgraded my throwaway RaF account from the bliz launcher instead of my primary one, on accident. I was unable to make it past character selection screen (only tried twice last night) and haven't been in game on either account since the purchase.

That is interesting the void elves do the blood elf twirl when they jump curious why nightborne don't flip. I have to say the void elf starting gear looks pretty nice. My baby priest staff is a really pretty slick looking level 20 item so nice xmog bait for the collection. The light forged paladin starter gear looks nice as well as I like those crystal two handed hammer looks.

If you have the main prereques such as the argus story line stuff and rep done already yes. I did both lightforged and void elf unlock in less than an hour last night.

Kind of, if they fixed the Highmountain Tauren shit.
I don't understand how some of this stuff passes QA honestly. When doing the quest for Highmountain Tauren last night it took me about an hour total because of cockblocks like a quest kill mob in Thunder Bluff that is tag limited and has a slowish (2-3 minute) respawn timer. Took forever for my group to finally get the tag. After that there are another like 10 quests that require you to fly all over Highmountain.
Then I went and did the Nightborne quest and it was a 5 minute scenario. Done.

107 to 110 = a couple of hours of questing
Base rep to exhalted high mountain tribe = a bunch of quest in high mountain, or gated daily quests, or other shit but basically it would probably take a couple of weeks or so at normal play levels.

Did you do the full highmountain quest line? If so probably not to long. Just work on that zone as you level to 110 and do highmountain emisary quests when available.

Could I boost an alliance character and do the alliance related allied race quests if I'm exalted with my horde character?

I was wondering this as well but knowing Bliz I am guessing they make you level the other faction 110 and max the rep.

Yes the full story line takes an hour or two to bang out the rep is the sticking point but if you do the full zone of quests your rep should likely be revered or a bit higher so getting exalted should not take to long.

All the allied race unlocks are account wide. So if you have the rep on any character on any server it unlocks on others. I tested it last night for a friend making a void elf on a totally different battle group.

Yes that is correct I unlocked the 2 horde allied races and they are account wide. What I meant was if I wanted to unlock the 2 alliance races as well do I also need to max the rep on the alliance toon to unlock those races.
