Battle.net streams the opening ceremony, plus the finals of e-Sports I think.Does anyplace stream Blizzcon, or portions of it, for free? Was never really interested but I'm at home today so figured I would check it out if possible.
Thanks for that. I stopped playing when people started using ilvl terminology (or were just starting to use it).ilevel math
Blizz is 100 percent for hard-resetting at every expansion. That being said, you don't need it due to the catch-up mechanics currently in place. I went 1-90 as a new monk with no friends in about 3 weeks just questing/dungeoning, then was raid-ready in the same day with the Timeless Isle. The raid scene is in a great place, and I had a good time. That being said, I think I'm done until the expansion because my friends persuaded me to play red 99 with them and a substantial part of what game I play is dictated by what my friends are playing.I haven't played since WOTLK and I haven't gotten the energy (burnout) to play more than a few days of Cata or MOP. The game has so many additional layers on it now, that I don't know if I could really have fun coming back.
In any case, I wonder if there is some kind of hard reset coming? I heard stuff about an item squish and some time travel. Is the new expansion just going to be another layer on top of the exisitng world or are they maybe going to put in some kind of reset once you get through a lot of the older content? I'm curious.
I'm in the exact same boat, enjoying a Monk so far.Yeah, I am in the middle of the 10 day free trial. If MoP goes on sale for $10 on Black Friday as someone in this thread said it would, I will probably pick it up and get a 3 month sub or so and see how it holds my attention.
I could be way wrong on this, but I think they have an app available to let you watch on your Ipad.So stupid. Their Virtual Pass stream requires Flash so I can't watch it on my iPad.
