Well, the item squish needed to happen, probably now (boss health would soon get beyond an int data type @ 2.1 billion).

The problem is I have no faith in their ability to correctly rebalance everything in the game anytime soon. (Is that the real stealth reason for the "Raise to 90 feature"? To get everyone out of the questionably balanced areas until they have time to fix all the problems?)

At least we have openqueue to try and knock out old missing content before they screw it up.

That's some pretty crazy deflation. Curious how that is going to be accepted by players, who generally like to see their character get bigger and stronger, not go backwards 2-3 expansions. Probably a lot of bitching at first then they just forget about it.

Yes, but I have a hard time imagining most of the account flows aren't:
1) Take existing level 90 to new territory (skip rebalanced territory).
2) Bump non-90 character to 90 and take to new territory (skip rebalanced territory).

Sure, a handful of people will use the to-90 feature, check out the new areas, then jump back to a level 63 character and run into problems. But the vast majority will stick to 90s at launch, buying them time to work out the kinks in the old area before hordes of players get there.

Ya, the new character models are close enough to the originals where you aren't pissed, but they're improved enough so you don't care.

Luclin update was complete shit player model wise ;p

Btw, I've said it once but I will say it again: Blizzard, please release your own version of Source Film Maker. Especially with these new models, people could make some pretty awesome videos.

You're being generous, this shit hasn't launched yet. By the way, if you saw the interview with Brack, the dance studio isn't happening despite it showing up in the list.

I think models make it in the NEXT xpac.

Que just find a re stream for the art panel they did for blizzcon. They show a pretty good assortment of animations.
