Remember when the Horde were noble savages and the Alliance were racist assholes?
They even made the Warcraft 3:TFT Orc Campaign where the Horde were absolutely the good guys, look like the assholes in the Jainia short.

Yeah after Warcraft 3 the humans were clearly evil as fuck through and through. Racist asshole tosses the elves aside, kept the orcs in concentration camps, chased the Horde across the sea rather than let them just find a new homeland etc. There was even a whole 'Horde barely eeks an existence out of the crappy land while the Alliance lives in bountiful plenty' theme in Classic WoW that made sense and really was a morally grey area.
I personally find Genn Greymane to be annoying as hell and it irks me that everything he said since Cataclysm is 100% correct. The whole 'Battle for the Undercity' which features Sylvanas melting her own troops with plague and turning them into mindless undead soldiers has got to also be at least a little unsettling to the other Horde races.

Sylvanas' actions against Greymane were 100% legit during Legion. He wanted to enslave the Valkyr. Still curious what secret conversation Sylvanas had with ghost Voljin to make her go all assassinate. Or that fat goblin inciting war between the factions. Curious if he'll be like the gold portal in Diablo 3 that we can raid for ching chang.

Sylvanas moves to become lich queen 2.0. Players unite and kill her. Especially need an Argent Tournament 2.0 (I hated that shit so much).
We carry on and kill off all the old god taint we can. But wait! Turns out we couldnt stop Azeroth from being corrupted and have to kill off Magni, Herald of the Dark One and his new job as leader of the Twilight Cult.
Top it all off we go on and free Sargeras because he was right all along!

After Garrosh stopped her the first time, she stopped seeking means of creating additional Forsaken. Why they've been limited to the undead humans that Arthas had originally turned. The other faction of Undead were the ones from Wrath who sought to kill everyone, including the undead. "Did you think we had forgotten?" They're also the ones who caused the Alliance to question Sylvanas, her loyalties, why she backed out from supporting an Alliance, and effectively victimized her when she was blamed for their actions. Sylvanas also smashed the device that would have allowed Greymane to control the Valkyr. Not 100% on whether she wanted it herself, but to me it was portrayed as though she just wanted to fuck up Greymane's plans.
It wasn't Sylvanas or the Forsaken dropping plague bombs. That was Grand Apothecary Putress acting independently.

My guess at this point is that Sylvanas is just a bitter and broken bitch. In her defense, the alliance (well most of it) and the majority of the horde are disgusted by her and the undead. I don't know how you work the story without the undead becoming a third faction or dissolving faction lines and having some good/bad/gray "factions" and do it a la EQ (i think...i've been honest in that I spent all of a few weeks playing that due to school) and have it such that if you're certain factions, you cannot go to certain places. Undead are welcome in Silvermoon, Org, and UC or whatever is their capital next while Tauren could go to Stormwind and wherever the Night Elves land....perhaps the Orcs are welcome only in the horde cities. Ultimately you may raid and group with whoever.
