Ornate is literally ornate instead of just a recolor. You are going to have more to your shoulderpads than your ever thought possible.

Any word on what loot system each tier is using? LFR/Flex style takes a lot of the chore out of it and makes PUG raiding more feasible, but adds extra RNG fuckery, so it can be a "fun" tradeoff.
Normal/Heroic will have the option to be personal loot system or normal loot like normal/heroic raids are now. Mythic will be the normal method.

Raiding mandatory clicky items you have to carry in bags, to make up for them trying to give us more bag space this expansion, obviously.

I miss clicky items.

Not like they became later in EverQuest, where it was Four garbage buff clicks and several personal buffs from items.

I like the idea (Particularly illusion items), but not how EQ got so carried away with it.

btw there were rumors a while ago of the an xpac named The Dark Below due to Activision registering names and domains, turns out today they announced the first Destiny DLC and its called The Dark Below. #2 is House of Wolves. and yah, the game isn't even out yet but they are announcing DLC/xpacs/season pass for $35, and it won't be out for PCs.

I mean, what else is there besides +gooder and effects outside of graphical changes?
Gear actually making your character ridiculous. That's probably what Xenenenenxnxe is talking about. In EQ2 new gear made your dude into a superstud.

Eh, when I meant unique armor I didn't mean visually.

Example:

Say you and your guild slay DMK and he drops 4 items out of the possible 15 he has on normal mode.

Now say you slay SUPER_DMK and he drops now 6 of those 15 items and 3 from his secondary table that you can only access by killing him in challenge form.

This form of loot may not work for WoW since they don't utilize procs on weapons and so forth, but atleast in EQ2 it gave the sense of being in the top guild something more of just saying 1st. Of course the e-peen swing age was grand since the items had visuals unique to the encounter and noobs would be riding the jock but that's essentially what it should be like to be in the top guilds and not just marginal stat increases.

I'm well aware that many don't think the same but it's why I enjoyed raiding in eq more than wow.

When I first went through the MoP content on my mage I did almost all of the quests (missed a few in the Steppes) and hit max level right as I was finishing up the Klaxxi pre-daily stuff. When I later went through with my Monk I was max level even before I finished Valley of the Four Winds so they made substantial changes in levelling in a relatively short time. I rather enjoyed the plotline of MoP and found the whole scene post Garrosh really capped off the expansion in a way I don't feel any expansion content ever had before. That having been said I don't like that WoD seems to be completely ignoring that Pandaria happened other than using Garrosh as snidley whiplash and running off into what seems like Cataclysm2.0 territory

They sincerely need to give some sort of benefit to leveling an alt in WoD... MoP was a pile of horse shit for anybody leveling alts.
foreach max level character -> multiply quest experience by 2 or something.

There is literally not a damn thing that is fun about leveling your 8th character on the same shitty content/leveling path like MoP was.

I will see what I can "scrub" together for people.

This will be US-Horde by the way.
My guild is doing mighty shit-tastically at Garrosh with 150ish wipes... So I may be down to volunteer to tank/heal/dps whatever (paladin with 565ish tank gear and 550s for dps and heals) or if someone doesn't show on my guild's Friday/Sunday raids I could get you a spot with us.

We're just coming off of a two week break and decided to start over since people still need gear and Garrosh was starting to kill morale.

I haven't played since February, but I've been getting the itch. Checked my account last week, and saw that I had 7 days free time. I ran the updater, then the 4th of July weekend started, so I never actually logged in. Now, I can't find that I have any free time. Did updating start the timer, or has Blizz pulled the free time, any ideas?

Ok, gonna bite the bullet and re-up. I'm looking at using the free 90 for WoD to make an Orc Warlock. Most if not all of my old friends are inactive, so I'm looking for a healthy population server. I'm thinking about getting back into raiding, but sadly haven't raided anything since Kara. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
