I honestly think a treaty between Alliance and Horde is coming soon, be it Garrosh's ongoing stupidity, or an outside force.

That aside, the treaty will happen soon to defeat Gorrosh. Their will be a mutual raid VERY soon.

Anyone that believed that old god was dead was fooling themselves. The sha were said to be the remnant of that old god when he died, so with everything else in wow, that meant that asshole was coming back.

Anyone that was remotely surprised that an old god wasn't really dead apparently missed out on the lore bits given out during, I think, Uldum, about how the Old Gods could not be killed due to how integrated they were with Azeroth and thus what we fight and kill isn't actually 'dead'.

Hit till cap>Int>Haste>Crit>Mastery

Always reforge to haste even post the 8085 breaking point and reforge to crit if you already have haste on the item.

Lock was main until halfway through HoF, switched to paladin due to one of our healers being a dumbass. So my gear was a mix of 476 and 489.

Tried the lock boss at 483 ilvl yesterday and have since bumped it up to 491 through LFR today. I think I'll get some more practice in on it tomorrow.

Totally did, but it really only held relevance for one Old God rather than all of them. It spoke not of their inability to die, only that they were 'preserving' the life of one and hoping to bring it back and how fucked we were if we didn't follow their lead when he did come back.

How is WoW now? I gave up shortly after MoP cos you needed to grind faction shit to be able to buy stuff with badges, and seeing as I hate Dailies with a passion it meant that I just couldn't progress at a decent pace and never even got the ilvl to get into the lowest LFR. Have they changed that or is it still a bitch to get into raiding ilvl gear?

It's halfway between tolerable and a bitch. If you just do Dom Off and the new rep with heroics it's easy to get in LFR and then the other reps are more or less optional.
