None, that wasnt the point of my test. Do you seriously think it's hard to stand up an efficient Highmaul raid going 6/7n? or, more appropriately, do you genuinely think a new player with 640+ ilvl can't efficiently knock out 6/7 in a few nights? There are many many great pugs out there and part of pugging is learning how to pug.
I only know how to play warrior but I'm absolutely certain I could pilot anyone's character here through normal Highmaul in pugs just fine. I'd even stream it. 30 min of hot bar setup and dummy practice first.
Kreug, you've always struck me as a silent type who just wants to show up, play well, and kill bosses. That's totally fine. If you think pugging is in a bad shape, however, I would wager the fault is more on you being apathetic to the social necessities.
Unfortunately I don't have enough gold to buy enchants. Who's got a few million lying around that can toss me some pennies? I promise I won't send you mail bitching about 30g.

You can do 630 normal as a healer no prob. Healer's people are dieing for healers.

I'm going to try, but my ilevel is not there just yet. I'm at like 630 but that's because I have a 680 ring and a 660 neck. The rest of my gear is crap. I'm going to try to get some points in Ashran but every time I get in there, I can't seem to get an event group doing anything.

So I've been debating between resubbing to this and SWTOR and decided to go with WoW. Haven't played since Cata.
How do the classes shake out at the moment, any that are pretty underwhelming/op? Any that are way more in demand than others? Is the 1-100 game tolerable or should I just pick a class to use my lvl 90 boost on asap and skip the early stuff til I decide to level some alts?

I asked the same question a month ago not having played since wrath. It's basically the same.

Class balance is actually pretty good atm. People will still whine of course. What kind of role do you play? Monk tanks are in a good spot right now, as are Disc priests.

...except that you won't actually get to play disc unless you find the 1% of raid groups that doesn't already have one.

Monk tanks are in a good spot but not for long. Blizzard always nerfs down, never brings the mass up.
Class balance seems pretty decent, any significant advantages have been hotnerfed more or less. Windwalker monk I think took a few too many nerfs to the groin before they worked out that it was the PVP set causing their OPness, but this just means they are probably going to collect a buff in the near future.
They seem to have gone with a somewhat different balancing approach this time around, every spec seems to have some fights/situations where they are crazily overpowered in comparison to their competition.
90-100 is waaaaaay more fun than any of their previous stuff. You don't miss a lot using a boost, pandaria in particular is awful. That being said, levelling a tank from level 1 can be pretty entertaining with the way they explode dungeons. Levelling dps from 1 gets pretty tedious around level 68 or so.
So is this another thrilling level-to-cap in 8 hours, aoe down heroics in a week, then months at a time spent sitting afk in town waiting for a 3-4 hour raid once a week expansion?

While I may not completely agree with Draegan you apparently haven't seen Dumar's posts. They don't contribute to anything and are just the same rehashed shit he constantly says since it seems he has a personal vendetta against the game or something. Just unsure while he actually continually posts in the WoW area if he hates the game so much.
