The paladin hidden skin for Corrupted Ashbringer appears to be something very similar too. Right now everyone is looking for an npc who will combine a book (throwback to Fiery Avenger!). Some other stuff has been data mined which offers clues to the steps past it, but no one has been successful finding an npc for this step.
It's important to keep in mind though that they have already announced catch-up mechanisms WILL happen. For example, artifact knowledge research might take 3 days instead of 5 days a month from now.

i unlocked my warrior relic yesterday ~1500 eastern, yes the missions suck but with the talent they take 38 hours each not 48, it even cuts a non-negligible time off the early quests as well.
scale of the earth warden is freaking huge when you unlock the new skin, reminds me of the Illidan shield in size (sits different on the arm however)

My guess with this is that datamining cannot discern the location of NPCs based on the data they get. Otherwise they would have just looked through the list and started checking them off.
The smart way to implement this would be to just ninja hotfix the trigger NPC into the game and not say shit about it. We know they're capable of stealth changes. It'd be one way to confuse the datamining.

So...what's the secret to Suramar rep that I"m just not getting? About 1k from honored now but getting this to exalted seems almost impossible. There's no way that dreamgrove piece @ exalted stays relevant by the time you can get there. Also I wish I could run my withered army more often :|

im trying to figure it out too, i have unlocked all the dailies (the T-rex, the hippogryph bombing run etc that are unlocked at honored) but 3 days ago people were in Arcway/Court of stars and that doesn't unlock until 8k into honored. im currently sitting at 6k in and have no idea how people unlocked it so fast. at most they had a 24 hour lead on me.
- you can also use the Darkmoon fair buff for 10%

You can only have 5 champions active at any given time so you have to deactivate some if you have over 5 active.

still doesn't explain how people are 8k/12k already ! i've been obsessing over this the last few days looking for quest lines i missed. i currently am only missing "statecraft" and the follow on for the zone achievement.
i have done the Withered training 3 times now (only got 200 rep the first time and unlocked berserker) and 425 both other times. still dont know how people had 8k 3 days ago.

Humans, DMF. It's not rocket surgery, 8k/12k is 17k past neutral, 10% bonus to 15k is... gasp 1.5k, WQs repop way faster than daily.

dont upgrade gear with resources the crafted stuff is generally better. class hall research seems to be the big spender (just dumped 10k resources on T4) i haven't exactly been pumping out missions other than the required ones and the ones that give higher AP. there is also an item a guildy got that is equipment for a champion, if you have that champion assigned as a combat ally you get 100 resources every time you complete a quest he got it from an emissary reward box.
i also got a weird mission pop up which rewards a blue soulbond seashell with no stats, 24 hour mission time.

they do, but i also played nearly 24/7 last week and hit all of them. even with DMF buff (horde side so no human buff) i hit 110 20ish hours after launch, at most people had a 10 hour lead on me.
its feasible currently for people to have 8k, thats not up for dispute, im just wondering how they hot tracked it 72ish hours ago.

Ya. I dont plan on upgrading class hall gear at all, rather just get mythic dungeon stuff. Guess my best bet is to hope for that item and use a combat ally for WQs. Thanks.

Well if you played well with WAT you'd get a bit more rep. If you saved the first Nightfallen emissary turn-in and tablets from WAT for DMF... there's lots of little things that add up. Going back to the place to give the NPCs their fix. I don't think there's anything major you're missing except farming it. I'm at 6500/12K and I definitely did not optimize.
Apparently treasure chest have the chance to drop Nightfall Insignias which grant 250 rep per as well. I'm guess the dungeon satchels might have them too.
I never saw one of these, but I opened the vast majority of chests before I ever hit 110 and the zone itself
There's no reason not too though as it really isn't that expensive and if you are doing your world quests you will have plenty of resources. I have upgraded all of the non 840 pieces to 840 and started my 4th OH upgrade and still have 25k resources.
