You cannot save the chest,
oddly enough you also cannot get a "difficulty buff" in the orderhall chest if you kill enough bosses while the quest is still in your que.
you get the order hall quest and currently have 12 boss kills on mythic
you kill the 13th boss which allows you access to the mythic quest
you do the order hall quest and it will still reward Heroic, since that is what is available when the quest popped
wait 2 weeks for your next cache

Even at ilevel 900, the gear looks shit, at least for the the amount of time it will take to walk though that huge ass zone.
Edit: The servers are actually up I guess, 5 hours early. Regardless, I sat in queue for Bnet, it was not very accurate, 90 min turned into 20ish.

The quest yields a Nighthold chest, not a ToS one yet. So the chest will still drop Nighthold stuff.

Yes. For us it was spread over a bunch of weeks but I think new guys get access to it all at once
Spent some time with BrM. I like the changez, the only downside is I need to watch my timer and remember where it caps off. I'll have to see if slootbag updates his weak auras, although it looks like he hasn't been playing monk. If there's a better isb weak aura I'll need to find it.
My single target dps was absurd on a target dummy - like 650-700k with RJW. I don't know how that'll pan out in a raid.
