What are you into? This expansion for casual play is far better than the last few imo. If you still like 5man dungeons you can get decent gear from m+ which is just a beefier mythic dungeon that gets harder the higher difficulty you go with better rewards. If I wasn't raiding with the FOH guild I'd honestly be super casual and just do a few m+ a week to satisfy my lust for gear.

If you like dailies (hey I'm sure there are dozens of us), world quests are also beefier dailies. You don't have to do them all, you can target specific rewards for the quests that are up at the moment like more AP or mats or possible gear.

Questing (not world quests) is the best it's ever been in my opinion, which I feel says a lot cause all WoD had going for it was the quests/leveling. The story is okay in most zones and you can finish the big big big quest chains in LFR if you get to that point.

Flying makes things easier which will take time but it's not that difficult to get.

Pet battles, mount collecting, transmog colllecting, professions that are actually useful is all in there.

As much shit as I give the game, there is always something to do when logging in vs logging in and staring at my garrison for 10 minutes and logging out.

Well, if it is still better than WoD even after all this time then I think I might just sub for a while. Not as if I'm doing anything better with my life lol!

So, another question, what sort of addons are all the cool kids running with these days?

I havent played in months and I had the same ones from the time I played before that and the ones I had then were the same ones I had before that. But just a wild guess, they are probably the same ones you had before.

Cool, was just wondering if there was something Legion specific I needed.

Yeah I'd have to practice it. I find myself running out of energy too much so definitely doing it wrong

Try using Power Strikes instead of Energizing Elixir, its what I use. You already use Tiger Palm frequently as a BrM right? It may feel more natural.

World Quest tracker and World Quest Group Finder can help a lot if you ever plan on doing some world quests but definitely not necessary. DBM/bigwigs if you plan on doing dungeons or any form of raiding of course always helps.

Not an end all be all, but hekili addon or whatever that's a rotation helper really helped me get the buttons down. It wasn't long before I didn't need addon really at all and was doing it all myself but really helped to yet that flow rolling.

Just started Mythic progression with a Warrior tank. Fucking kill me please
I would imagine that warrior tanks don't really suck too bad. What's the issue? Besides not being bear

We use a warrior and monk tank setup. I haven't felt the warrior to be a detriment in tos like they were in NH early on.

It's not so much not knowing the rotation, because like kaige said it's a priority system.

I have all the gear and I'm like 925 equipped so I should do double the damage I do. Also I play WW like once a month

It helps to use the WW set bonuses; two of t19 and four of t20. Mostly the mastery-heavy ones. The combo of those lets you feed RSK and FoF into each other.

crap. yea i meant ToS, definitely not NH.

you see druids in the top guilds because of the utility they provide such as stampeding roar, their inability be knocked back, they have more oh shit buttons (especially with the right legendaries), their ability to negate large damage abilities after the fact with Frenzied regen (4pc is huge here), high health pool and ability to be healed easier than other tanks. they also do pretty decent dps with 3x thrash relics compared to other tanks.

Blizzard did a decent job of making Tomb work for most tanks, obviously paladins and DH struggle a bit but having never played either of those classes at mythic level i dont know if its the class or the player. i know a lot of DH like to lol spirit bomb instead of trying to survive. some of the quality of life changes blizzard did like making the eels on mistress do shadow damage but also making it blockable did a lot of good work to making warriors viable.

for WW you want to use chest/shoulders from NH and the other 4 pieces from ToS. it actually makes the rotation flow a lot better instead of looking for filler abilities like TP. you almost always have a RSK or FoF ready after every TP and BoK.
