Ion was asked why in the Q&A today. His response was pretty much "people won't be able to solo it anyway". He said nothing about prestige or rarity. If they wanted to preserve rarity they would just lower the drop chance on certain items. I'm not really sure why you're playing devil's advocate on this one.

The reason they added Legacy Loot mode at all was because of the unintended side effect of forced personal loot in older content while soloing. It was a "bug" fix. It didn't have anything to do with them deciding older content t-mog gear didn't need to be as prestigious anymore.

All of that is customizable. All that is, is padding in between your custom groups. You can turn that completely off if you want to, or you can change row or column layouts, or sizes, or automatic resizing. Come on man...it puts each of your custom categories into their own separate container within your bag layout.

Yeah remember when that super badass DK solod current world bosses in Pandaria? A few other DK's solod other raid mobs in current Pandaria as well iirc. They deserved their loot, but they'd get nothing now. It's so fucking backwards and unlike anything any other MMO does as far as I know. This Ion guy really is a piece of shit.

This would be like not being able to loot Nagafen between 50-65, and only being able to loot him before 50 and after 65. So dumb. It's so very bizarre.

That does sound pretty good once you get over the learning curve. I have my own system in my bags, but I know it'd be better with a mod's assistance. I just hate relying on mods because of patch days, even though I know most get fixed very quickly. Like right now after soloing raids I have to go through all my bags to make sure I don't sell any BoE's to merchants, and I usually do it twice just to be sure because sometimes I miss shit. If there's a way to auto sort BoE's that's awesome.

Mione? He's still at it in Legion (as a DH tank now). He solo'd Gul'dan and a +22 Court of Stars and who knows what other crazy shit.

Lol what a nutter. I thought that shit was done with the changes to vengeance attack power stacking. Is he still doing it on a DK or has he moved to Vengeance DH? Edit: yeah, DH, figures. As someone that plays a Vengeance DH I thought it would be a DH, the self healing was ridiculous before the patch.

Damn I just realized I can totally pseudo transfer servers for free via 110 Character Boost + BoA Legendary Tokens + Battle Pets transferring over and selling for gold. Now I just need to find another server and a class I want to play for BFA.

A lot of bosses enrage timer is just a buff they get that lasts 30 minutes. As it turns out with Gul'dan he isn't much of a threat in P1, so Mione just let him enrage and outhealed the adds and shit for 30 minutes until it wore off.

Whats the deal with Invasion Portals? I'm trying to clear 3 of them, have 2 done, but the last few I've tried... are just empty, even though I see other ppl zone in. Do you get thrown into a random instance?
