Whenever you have a sick nasty amount of crit. I hate fury tho, I think arms is more fun to play.
Haha same thing but waited until Timeless Isle. That place is originally why I gave up on WoW. I was doing the ROFLcasual LFR playing up to that patch but then the trash plus the general derpitude of that content with ilevel appropriate gear in LFR was so incredibly painful I just stopped playing and only came back a few weeks into 5.4
I'm 99% positive they were working on Isle of Thunder when 5.0 launched. Waaaay too late to reverse course at that point. What amazes me the most though is after all the complaints and burnout over the daily grinds from 5.0 and 5.1 they went and tripled down on it and made Isle of Thunder with its absurd number of dailies. Some of those quests take far too long, especially that goddamn cave with its eleventy billion mobs that you can't stealth past. All of those repeating quests should have been weeklies.
It doesn't help that there's nobody around to do the group shit.
I use it, let me know what you need and I'll see if I can help.Anyone use ElvUI? I had a question about configuring something and half of the google searches I've done come up as "Website disabled."
Last time I leveled to 80 post cata I didn't leave dungeons. Especially with heirloom gear.Played over the long weekend and man, leveling is so fast and dungeons are so easy... feels like a totally different game at the early levels.
What are some of the better zones to level in post-Cata? So far the only one I've encountered is Stranglethorn and its kind of meh. Redridge Mountains was the same as far as I remember.
I really enjoyed Western Plaguelands because it has changed so much since before Cataclysm. Likewise, Thousand Needles is interesting since it's entirely flooded now. If you're horde side, Stonetalon is great because, although it's largely the same, it has a really epic quest line with a good story and a satisfying ending.Played over the long weekend and man, leveling is so fast and dungeons are so easy... feels like a totally different game at the early levels.

PM me if you're on Illidan Horde and have an SoR available. Thanks! It is much more open compared to cata. Felt like wrath in a lot of ways.
I only leveled one Alliance character and about 7 Horde so my memory of Redridge was pretty bad I guess.Funny you think Redridge is the same. I found both Westfall and Redridge worse then in classic. Redridge has been turned into one big easter egg about Rambo, which was funny for 5 minutes but not for over an hour, and took most of the zone. Then again I really disliked the old world revamp because it seems there is only one way to play through a zone on a clear rollercoaster quest line that tries too hard to be funny, very much the opposite of MMO. I dont know if all revamped zones are like that though. I recently tried to play a Goblin but after finally getting off their islands I was sick of the on-rails experience and didnt pursue that character further.
Main complaint I read about Pandaria is "dailies, dailies everywhere" ... is the quest flow as limited as in Cata or more open like in older expansions?
