There are some very awesome abilities granted by Garrisons, shame most of us will be forced to take those that help our characters advance faster (Those that gather materials/make leveling your Garrison faster), rather than all of the fun stuff.

Everyone gets the mine, fishing hut and herb garden anyway, no building spots needed.

Every time I go to isle of thunder or timeless isle, I'm reminded how much I fucking hate not being able to fly. Is the intention to make people fight mobs instead of dive-bombing? Because that just doesn't seem to work when they have like a 20 yard leash radius. Everybody just trains everything around like an asshole until they reach destination point and then finish the few stragglers.
There's GW2-style jumping puzzles and stuff with items or rare mobs at the end scattered around the zones, so I'm guessing that's one of the reasons.

I meant more along the lines of the Barn (Leather/Cloth) and the Enchanter (Will DE all of your items, even if you are not an enchanter).

One of the upgrades from the Garrison grants undazable mounts.
well SHIT. I'm actually excited for garrisons, it seems pretty split down the middle of the community though, like either people hate them or love them.

Also, looking atthe new tier setsand I actually think they look pretty great for the most part. Something that I don't immediately want to transmog. Especially the new druid mythic set.. wtf I wanna be a beetle

Unfortunately that is only for WoD.

Its not bad design at all - its actually a pretty cool element. Its just unfortunate that the way they have it implemented would put you behind other healers because you have to take the time to place it visually next to the person taking routine amounts of damage. While the Priest to your right is playing whack-a-mole with Healbot and doing the same job at a better pace.

The interesting bit of information, and likely the reason for the nerf in WoD, is because with a program like Honorbuddy that applies heals to people taking predictable damage - it doesnt need to take the time to target an area to place those Orbs for example. A similarly geared Healer from another class, running an HB routine, just doesnt keep up with the Mistweaver. Its as if Blizzard took the Mistweaver idea and made it very mechanical in how it works and what works best with something so mechanical? A bot.
I was referring to the orbs procced by MW mastery, not the placeable ones, those are clunky, but efficient, yet they generate no chi, just chew on the mana bar, which is not good.
Right now mastery is completely undesirable as a MW, crit is a thousand folds better and I don't think that's a good thing or good design.

afaik not immune. They just had a higher chance of not being dazed.

At least, they did when the Defense stat was around.

Man.. blizzard is so backwards when it comes to balancing, why do they keep buffing warriors who can already almost 2 shot in pvp, and are basically #1 in dps atm on the beta?

Basically, your two large buildings should be the Barracks and the Bunker/War Mill, your two medium must be the Inn and Barn, and two out of your three smalls must be Salvage Yard and Storehouse (with a choice of the last to be for one of your main or an alt profession).

You can sacrifice some of the large buildings for the comfort upgrades (tower for TP, stable for mount-related bonus), sacrifice one of the medium for the sake of pvp, and if you're really desperate use more profession buildings for smalls.

Has anyone tested out the pvp addition they're adding? Is it like a free for all arena or something?

To keep them from quitting over the playstyle changes.

Piss them off with playstyle changes, try to settle them down by TOPPIN MEETAHS.

They'll be nerfed safely after they've purchased their $50 expansion boxes.

I have yet to spend any f'n time on a Warrior, too. I dont think I have one above level 30 something, on any server. Last time I tried was during WoTLK though, and I wasnt really "into" them. Ill put one on afk and let it go, but I sincerely hope the Flavor of the Month/year isnt Warrior for WoD.

a_skeleton_03, do you mean that Daze immunity from garrison only has affect in WoD? ... If so, it still really isnt a bother considering... we can fly anywhere else. Just saying....
