HAHA I got yelled at for trying to pad my DPS numbers during the klaxxi fight. Its like jesus what else am I going to do on this fight after I smash them then mortal strike and rend them its pretty much WW until until mortal strike comes off cool down again which means I am grinding the hell out of that fight plus with dragons roar and blade storm I pretty much can't help but pad the heck out of my numbers on that fight.

Question, are they removing the legendary cloak questline completely from the game? I had started it (sigil of power/wisdom part), but never finished.
Do I have any chance in hell of completing this before WOD is launched and the quest is removed?

It is being removed when WoD launches.
If you start RIGHT now and are exceedingly, incredibly lucky with the drop rates, you have a chance of getting it completed.
It is very unlikely, however, as the Sigils are RNG based. Then you have to go through the Titan Runestones, again, RNG based.
If you start today, and do every raid lockout possible, you have 3 sets of lockouts to get it done. Possible, but not very likely, unless you have blessed luck with random drops.

If you literally start immediately right now and do every difficulty raid that drops secrets of the empire after your sigils and then assuming you get those done, you have to wait until the reset tomorrow to get your titan runestones, if you manage to get all of those to drop then what the fuck congrats, if not, it's probably not possible to finish.

6/10 sigils is the very first part of the quest.. he would still need 20 secrets and 12 runestones on top of those 8 sigils
