Real fuckin happy here.
Theres this feel of exploration that has been missing since wotlk for me.
Pretty sure your exploration feels will be gone long before you kill 5000 mobs in Skettis or 8500 mobs in The Pit/Shattrath.

Personally I think it was great the first time through on my DK, it was a bit of a slog on my hunter the second time, and it's just plain awful on my druid who is still 97. You need to do every zone to a certain point for outpost/garrison reasons, then you have to do all of Spires no matter what, and then all of Nagrand (and you're certainly already 100 before this point on any character that starts with rest xp). Then you need to tour the world and pick up all the followers* you missed, grab a large % of the treasures and rares if you want any hope of building your rank 3 garrison immediately, and you also need to spend a ridiculous amount of gold--far more than any character makes naturally on the L90-100 quest path.

* - Maybe we could get a fucking hotfix for Goldmane in between unnecessary nerfs? I tried a dozen different servers yesterday and not a single one had a functioning Bolkar the Cruel spawn.

Been playing my main exclusively. Cant comment on how it is to redo the content. That said, i did every main quest lines on my monk to lvl 100, still going around to complete some random quests popping here and there. Hell i dont even mind the apexis dailies atm. Ride somewhere, join a group, pvp some random horde while questing and capping nameds.

I feel like i have plenty to do till raid content drops. And like someone else said, its about who you play with.

edit: my biggest gripe, so to speak, is choosing the god damn tanks in the nagrand quest lines. At first i was like woot, fuck yea tanks. Then i started pvping people who chose the mount while in combat. Holy shit is that thing op.

Yeah, that's about where I was about a week ago. Now I can't be bothered to do apexis dailies at all, I've got one alt at 100 which probably is my main now because Lone Wolf hunter is the best thing they've ever added to the game (so I'm sure it will be nerfed ASAP once raids are out), and a second at 97. The thought of doing their garrison shit is already becoming overwhelming, let alone doing apexis or reps or anything else gated behind some horrific grind.

It's a lot of little things that have gotten on my nerves too, mostly garrison related: dwarven bunker has pissed away about 2k GR now on my DK without a single upgrade greater than a +3 green, I've now gone 48 hours without getting a blood in one of my barns, the follower mission system is still royally screwed up, and as I mentioned above I'm basically broke now from having to pay for my alts' garrisons with my main because you don't earn remotely close to the amount of gold required to build the thing.

People who bitched about "having" to run twenty dailies, scenarios & heroics to max out VP/JP, etc in MoP: are you happy now?
Overjoyed at not having to do 45 dailies per week minimum, which was the case in early MoP. The current issue has nothing whatsoever to do with a lack of daily quests. In fact, it's laughable to imply - as you do - that this is the only alternative to the absurd daily hell of MoP, or that that was better. You put it forth as if the people who "bitched" (i.e. made valid complaints) about the ridiculous amount of daily quests you had to do in MoP in order to progress your character asked to instead have their professions limited to one craft per week. Both are bad systems, but I'm still happier with this than with having to spend ~15 hours per week (the time it took on my high pop server due to overcrowding) doing the same dozen dailies.

Surely there is some middle ground between having to do 25 dailies every day on every character and reverting all the way back to some shit-awful Timbermaw style rep grind.

Tabards for rep in dungeons would be a start, as others have pointed out.

Or not even tabards but just the thing they put in dungeon finder just a couple patches ago where you get a bonus amount of rep once a day. It always annoys me when they talk up a new feature like that and just a little while later it just disappears for no explainable reason.

The worst part is I can still champion those MoP reps in WoD dungeons .... The functionality just isn't turned on for current or past reps.

The issue about previous incarnations of the daily quest system and particularly the iteration of it available during Mists of Pandaria is that it was used as a gating mechanic to gain access to faction gear, which people felt compelled to do so they could be more competitive in their raids or as an alternative method of gearing entirely.

The did a neck-breaking turn around in Warlords of Draenor, where the ONLY reason (outside of a few Followers) to do reputations is for cosmetic/collection reasons, so they made it an absolutely ball breaking grind.

I would love some sort of middle-ground as well. A few daily quests for each area that they wish us to grind reputation in... the Revered->Exalted span of 21,000 is so very painful at 5-10 reputation per kill.

Speaking of AH mods, is there a mod to bypass faggots posting pages upon pages of 1 material each? I opened up my inscription building on my alt today and noticed that you needed Blackrock Ore for the daily cooldowns. I have like 2000 stockpiled on my main but I was near the AH and figured whatever I'll just buy a stack with my alt since it's so cheap. After scrolling through 30 pages of some douche posting single ores for 40s each I find the 200 stacks for 100g each. Really?

I wish there was a way in the default AH UI to specify a minimum stack size when you search.

tSM quick post function consolidates that shit. The armory wow app does it too.

The experience up to level 100 was probably the best levelling experience so far, and then they seemed to have taken a huge step backwards in terms of gameplay at 100. I don't mind the garrison stuff but outside of that i'm not exactly thrilled here.

Out of curiosity, what would you like to see? Starting Tuesday, learning the new raid content will consume a lot of peoples time. I just don't see the point in commenting on the 100 game until AFTER raids are unlocked.

Raids are like 3 hours a couple times a week for most people. There's nothing wrong with commenting on everything else that's already in the game that is supposed to occupy the vast majority of our time, especially when that's the stuff you have to do to prepare for the raids.

And I agree with him. I loved the leveling the first time, and it wasn't too bad the next two times after that, which honestly is a first for me in any expansion. Garrisons are cool, but fundamentally broken in many ways that should have been easily discovered and retuned in beta, and the fun there is diminishing quickly due to terrible drop rates, buildings being prohibitively expensive to replace when you discover the piece of shit you built is actually worthless despite what the guides from beta say, and the follower system being a complete mess. Heroics are fun the first couple times, then you've seen them all and realize that getting that one item you want is never going to happen when the loot tables are diluted with all the shit that drops from ten different bosses. Apexis dailies and the rep grind in general are just terrible design. The lack of flight, or at least reasonably fast ground travel speeds is a real drag after you've been 100 for a while too. Nagrand is the only zone I find bearable to do stuff in, especially as a druid since you get to bypass the talbuk and simply run around in kitty prowl mode at 210% speed all the time.

Edit: Oh, and MC redux is a clusterfuck of epic proportions.
