I believe the mechanic on butcher is he attacks the target and the nearest within 5 yards. If no target present in 5 yards he double attacks the target.

Yea ~ mid 650's should be putting you at/or around 23/24k single target. You're likely not following some really basic concept, which can happen to the best of us. I personally hated dps'ing on my priest and havent touched him since cata - so more power to you.Noxxicis pretty spot on with DPS rotation from what I can gather.Icy veinsisnt vastly different.

Recount doesn't count absorbed into damage taken, add the huge guards and you'll get closer.
Monks take a lot less damage than other tanks, in the end it's pretty balanced, because we have more spikes in between guards/brews. As gear will improve, my expectation is to have stagger reverted to 10% or we'll just reach godmode. Random is random so gear stats suck, but if I could reforge into mastery everything I have, you bet I would.
Yes, Butcher beats 2 tanks together, swaps are just for the tenderizer debuff, once it expires, it's time to taunt.

I do the dotless thing and at ilvl 635ish I can do 18k single target.Shadow Priest DPS Rotation, Cooldowns, and Abilities (WoD 6.0.3) - Icy Veins- Scroll all the way down to the Tier 7 Talent rotations and check the clarity of power rotation. It's basically Mind Blast and mind spike until a 3 orb DP or insanity proc is up. Easy shit. Below that is the dot weaving thing, which is harder but more dps. I won't be doing priest DPS on any run that counts though so I don't really care enough to master dot weaving.
edit: I should also add that you don't want to mind spike while the DP dot is up. So for six seconds while it is up do Mind Blasts and Mind flays.

Yes it's in the TOS. However that is not our constitution but a company the players are paying to exist. I mean with all respect but Soda was a Twitcher with 10k+ viewers and maybe they should have approached him like "look friend, we do not want that this please stop" before some CS guy bans him without warning. After all these guys were doing a nice PR job for blizzard.
BUT 10K VIEWERS!1!!!eleven!! Thats like a million internet dollars that Blizzard isnt going to get now.
Also, if you really believe that he was perma-banned with no warning on a first offense, then I have a bridge I'd like to sell you.
