She’s zero percent native to boot. She’s part white and part Chinese.
I enjoyed the show. It helps if you enjoy the environment and setting of the show. I think it ending with season 4 would have been fine as Jimmie's Arc came pretty much full circle. I am sad that season 5 seems to have jumped the shark. Hopefully not to the extent of Season 8 of Game of Thrones but I wonder if they just ran out of ideas on how to make it bigger. You would think becoming a Governor would add a dimension, but it also makes things kind of boring. The ranch and the defense of it was what most enjoyed about the show. Taking it up a notch where the ranch becomes a second setting is probably not what a lot of people really wanted.I watched this show based on many recommendations and told over and over to stick with it. I watched 3 seasons and had to just call it. It was garbage from the beginning and I’m still shocked how many people enjoy this schlocky, ridiculous show unironically.
My advice to you if you are new to watching it is have a drink every time john dutton ( kostner) calls someone a son of a bitch,
We got 3-4 episodes into S5 and gave up a few months back. Couldn’t take it anymore. Beth is too over the top ridiculous among other things. Just got be cringy every episode. I just wanted to fast forward through parts of it.You know I'm actually getting kinda sick and tired of being right every single time I punch out of a show before it's done but it sounds like everything I hated about S4 was dialed up to 11 in S5.
Ah yes, the “Indian” woman who is half white / half Chinese and zero part Indian. She annoys me far less than Beth. The soap opera part of it was BS that I just overlooked. Same as SOA , same as Mayans now. They always are going broke, they always are making a last minute deal to save the ranch. Any time the half indian chick is on the TV now I always tell my wife 'here come the tears!'.
However I really liked the cowboy parts of it and any scene with Rip in it (guy that wears black hat and short jacked he may have another name). Lead is going through a divorce so that may have a lot to do with it as well.
Jamie would be fine without Beth around to constantly make him look like such a spineless faggot. He should have fucking shot her ass when she showed up at the train station at the end of season 4 talking shit to him yet again.Ah yes, the “Indian” woman who is half white / half Chinese and zero part Indian. I’d take an edited version of this show with no Beth or the whiny brother.
Oh totally. That scene so was so fucking irritating and dumb.Jamie would be fine without Beth around to constantly make him look like such a spineless faggot. He should have fucking shot her ass when she showed up at the train station at the end of season 4 talking shit to him yet again.
The only truly decent guy (I’m starting to forget names) is the scrawny cowboy dude / ex criminal they sent off to learn how to cowboy better.
I think he's doing the same thing with The Mayor of Kingstown. He just keeps upping the ante until the main characters are practically serial killers and actual infantry battles are all that's left to do. It's very Kurt Sutterish.I think Taylor Sheridan wrote himself into a corner and never considered how to end the story properly. He just chose to up the stakes every season and ran out of runway.
I checked into Yellowstone because of the "Taylor Sheridan" brand and right before the fifth episode I just couldn't care about both the story and characters, it totally felt like some random Sons Of Anarchy / latest The Shield seasons quality wise: abysmal writing, dumb characters, heavy cliches and whatnot.
