Started this today with my wife. I really didn't like the first episode and watching the second one feels like a chore. Basically doing it because the wife and I need a new show.

As I type it I realize how stupid it is to waste my time on something I genuinely don't like. Just told the wife to turn it off and she did not disagree.

It’s a terrible show and I don’t see why this show has the popularity that it has other than most people have terrible taste.

It has its high points but it’s an extremely annoying show.

Well only 1 ep but so far they could have just stopped last year. We watched it on whatever TV network it comes on via YouTube TV, and every commercial break had at least 1 of Taylor Sheldon's shows promoted. Homie is getting over extended.

My wife and I like this show. Episode 9 set up the upcoming events that will lead to the ultimate showdown. Last night's episode was good enough.

Dunno why everyone hates it. Could be though wifey and I love country, mountains, rurality, etc.

It’s fine. But I had so many people tell me it was the best show ever, just wait and see, you’ll see, mind blowing television.

2.5 seasons in I was like fuck this garbage. Everyone is completely insufferable and the stories are unbelievable. Serial killer bait? Beth hates Jamie because she had to be sterilized and now she’s super duper madsad at him and all men cept Ole Ripper who just gets her. The sanctimonious native shit to the outrageously racist frat boy

It was all just so eye roll and that’s just from the top of my head.

Well we watched the next episode tonight. Guess they will now just ride around in cars until the big shoot out at the final episode. Wife's just about ready to take a shit on it. Glad that movie worked out so well for that self entitled fuck face. He ruined a marriage and a decent TV series over it. It's not really worth a hate watch now, sadly.

watch 1883, way better than yellowstone

i was on a plane and watched it (only 1 season 10eps), being that this is essentially the pre-quel to the family, i thought yellowstone was gonna be good, naw

it's just seasons of hate watching

but 1883 is good

1923... kinda not as great but still better than yellowstone

Isn't 1883 the one where the hot chick just wants to sleep with a native and be girl power? I mean, she's good eye candy and all but I don't see it as any better than Yellowstone. At least that had 2 goodish seasons.

i mean yea, the bitch was the annoying one, but the family was good, seems to be a constant in these taylor movies to have an annoying bitch, 1923s bitch was harrison ford
