Pulled (or strained or whatever ... never could remember the difference) my shoulder during thanksgiving. Happened as soon as I got there so I spent the rest of the day eating and watching the cowboys get curb stomped with a heating pad and biofreeze all over my back. All I was doing was holding the lid of the crock pot getting some wassel.

I guess how quick it heals will tell me how old I really am.
