Went the week after Labor Day and, while there were other people there, it wasn't anything like the zoo that a lot of National Parks have become since Hoax Flu.

Chaparossa ranch, 1996. Very bad drought. Even Toldeo Bend (the lake on the LA/TX) border was down to a ditch. It's a small ranch, 70 sections or just about the size of Washington D.C. Cheap camera and I'm not into photography. I was there trying to decument how bad the deer die off from the drought was.
