And I was surprised he didn't stab or beat her also. She had just told him she successfully conspired to poison his son and king, which resulted in an agonizing and humiliating death.

It's funny though, Ellaria Sand murdered the princess, Olenna also a Kingslayer in her own way. Cersei murdered Queen and how many other important people blowing up half of KL. Even Yara has been a raider in her time raping and pillaging with the Ironborn. Theon killed the 2 kids to make it look like he'd killed Bran and Rickon. Walder Frey murdered all of the Starks and bannermen he could despite them being guests and technically under his protection.
There really aren't too many with even mostly spotless records at this point in the 7 Kingdoms other than Jon/Dany. Even they have done some shit. I'll never forget that scene with Jaime and Qyburn when Jaime is accusing him of committing all sorts of atrocities to learn what he has learned, and Qyburn tries to come back at Jaime saying he's killed countless people...but that Qyburn's "skills" have also saved many lives. He asks Jaime how many lives he's saved and he fires back "Half a million...population of King's Landing".

So Sam and his autistic looking wildling wife had their kid after the white walkers were on the march and were a known quantity (after hardhome even?). That kid is like 3-4 years old now when we saw him last, so the white walkers have been marching the last few hundred miles or whatever it is south to the wall for damn near half a decade now? The reed chick dragged the yoda cripple the entire distance they need to cross by herself already; get fucking moving you zombie bastards.
Arya turned around to go north, and in the time it's taking her to get there from near the twin forts Jon has sailed across the fucking world and multiple castle sieges and army movements have happened.
I don't usually like to nitpick about this kind of shit, but it's really getting out of fucking control at this point.

The only disappointment was Jorah's greyscale. Had it for five seconds then he was cured. What purpose did it serve.

Maybe Sam is going to give Jorah his dad's valyrian steel sword? We know Sam can't fight, and Jon Snow is using Jorah's family sword, so it would make all right in the world once more. And it's yet another thing that would put the Daenerys camp a little in debt to the King of the North. At least in as much as Sam owes everything to Jon, so now Jorah might owe his sword to Jon as well. So he'll tell Daene about how great he is. Hell, it might be something. Otherwise it didn't serve much purpose, except to show that Sam is like Doogie Howser when it comes to books, so that might lend credence to him being able to read all of the reserved volumes.

war is war but there is still a code of honour that governs behaviour, hence why Robb thought he was safe at the Red Wedding.
Olenna Tyrrell found dead in her chambers from suicide by poison, sounds much better than "found with stab wounds, probably from the Kingslayer", not sure what about this is so hard to understand

Rationally I know the political Game of Thrones needs to be over so we can get to the Ice and Fire bit for next season, but even still the whole notion of super army Lanister and naval genius Euron is a bit much. The Lannister army had been pretty fucked up when we last saw them after all the other battles so it's a bit weird they were able to conquer Highgarden with such ease.
Dany also is batting 0/1000 right now wasting unsullied on a worthless Casterly Rock and losing Dorne, her Greyjoy fleet, and Tyrell all in a few weeks.

After they killed however many Tyrell soldiers and took all of the supplies/gold from Highgarden? Also after she admitted to conspiring to murder Joffery, his son, to a horrible death? Given what everyone knows Cersei would do to her given the chance...I don't think it's hard to understand Jaime simply killing her by sword would almost be a mercy given the alternatives.

Don't know what that has to do with the infection or Shireen or why any of it was introduced in the first place. A bit underwhelming if the point was to circle round to Sam.
The little Wakandan killed Tywin but Jaime knows Tyrion didn't kill Joffrey.

I for one can't wait to watch Jorah follow Dany around saying "Khaleesi" over and over. Later in the season Bran will have a vision of a young Jorah and we'll learn the true reason why he says it so fucking much.

This is wrong. The Riverlands was never a Kingdom, it was part of the Iron Island's domain until the conquest. The Crownlands where part of the Stormlands. The two fought over the whole area until the Iron Islanders built Harrenhal to hold it and Aegon melted it.

In regards to the military part of the episode, both Lannister moves were from the past. Jaime said he pulled a Robb and moved his army like when he was captured. No one ever thought they would give up The Rock. They then met up with the TarLeys and Other Tyrell banners and took high garden. Enron snuck to casterly rock and and burned the unsillued fleet like he did in the Greyjoy rebellion. And cut off the unsillued from everyone.it stands to reason the best navy out there would stomp slate warriors transport boats.

The confusion arises because the 'modern' great houses do not actually align with the '7 Kingdoms' that existed prior to Aegon's conquest of Westeros.
At the time of Robert's Rebellion there are 9 distinct main districts that are led by a great house. The biggest confusion comes from the splitting of the Rivers and Islands into the Iron Islands and Riverlands and the creation of the Targaryen area near Dragonstone.
So as the only 'wizard' type in the show is Bran going to actually do anything or he is just going to sit in the Weirwood until he goes all God Emperor of Dune and merges with the tree? I figure when he said he was going to 'stay a bit longer' that his intention was to never leave that grove again.

The Sam jump was the one that was jarring to me while watching too, cause we open with Jon at dragonstone, so time has passed, then we see Sam and it's like the next morning, but i figured its just cause they wanted the Jon and daeny opener, everything else did make sense in terms of time
